Very noisy area. Also, the A/C in the room was extremely loud. No room service. Room was clean, a bit small.
I liked the location of this hotel as it was easily walkable and felt safe. Parking was also easy to find right across the street. I didn't like that the elevator screen wasn't working and looked pretty busted (broken glass)

They need to hire a better painter and maintenance staff. Starting to look rundown from our last stay a couple years ago.
Well bed sucked, lumps and not bumps.. visable Charged me 40 extra to check in to my room that was ready 50 to people a day later.. avoid all cost

the room was so tiny you could barely get a suitcase open. the room amenities were scarce …not even a box of tissues. the coffee pot was cheap and ready to fall apart. they only have two small elevators for 17 floors; i had to wait for 10 minutes before i could even get on one. this was a miserable, cramped experience. i would never recommend the hotel to anyone.

We will never stay here again. They have only two elevators for both the guests and the staff. They do not work properly and were stopping at every floor. We waited about 20 minutes to get on an elevator because they were so full and then we were on the elevator for about 5 minutes because it stopped on every floor. We had a lot of luggage and we were on the 14th floor so we could not take the stairs. They charge a $20 "resort fee" that does not get you $20 worth of amenities. The hotel gym is a joke. Bathrooms are very small.

It smelled like mold we had mold spots on the ceiling the carpet in the hallway was dirty at all times we only had 1 wash cloth/towel in the room for two people it took over two hours to get an extra one
The bathroom was tiny. The property smelled. Found hair in bed and on pillows. The headboard was old and peeling. Elevators were super slow and we had to take the stairs. Would never stay here again!!!
