Eurohotel Vienna Airport

3.0 out of 5.0

its not hotel by the way, its like country side motel, orbit representative told me its an mile away from airport which was not true

Comparable to American budge hotel. Room clean but company should spend some money on upgrading room amenities like replacing CRT TV with flat screen and chair with torn vinyl seat. Would have been nice to have telephone in room to provide wake up call. Over all lobby is clean large but place lacks provide some sort vending machine with food. Restaurant that is close is small but bring Euro's because it does not take credit card.

They claimed to have a shuttle from the airport but do not provide a shuttle at all from the airport. In the morning, you can pay $12 euro for a shuttle back to the airport if you sign up in time. Otherwise it is $18 euro plus tip both ways from the airport. This adds a lot to the price of the place. They are in the middle of nowhere with no businesses at all nearby. They are a 1.3 mile walk to a train or a $50 euro taxi to get downtown Vienna, a 45 minute train ride away. They had no snacks or vending machine, only a few drinks to sell. No phone in the room. They have no amenities. They have a cheap breakfast, not special order and you must pay $9 euro. They advertise as though they are near Vienna and near the airport and they are not. The single beds are smaller than a single bed and you will have to try not to fall off. There is no comfortable chair in the room. They do not even have what their own literature in the room says they have for snacks etc. The price would be OK if they actually had a shuttle, which they do not, so the price is at least $30 euro plus taxi tip more than you think you are paying, minimum and with no breakfast. I took a taxi downtown for $50 euro and enjoyed the city center. This is a must, but the taxi takes at least 30 minutes each way and many of the taxis downtown will not take you back out to this hotel. They tell you in German it is too far away. If you want a cheap place that is reasonably clean and you already know these things, go ahead and stay here. It will be fine if you do not have these surprises.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was close to the airport and to a quaint village nearby. I wish there was A/C and some writing paper in the room. But I plan to use again next year

We were looking for something close to the airport that could hold 4 people in one room and this was the only reasonably priced option. It's nothing fancy, hallways and rooms are quite dated. The mattresses weren't very thick or firm, but I was really tired, so I slept pretty well anyway. Wifi is free but we were at the end of the hall and the signal didn't reach our room. Parking is free as well which was nice, but you do have to pay if you want to eat their breakfast.

No, AC, The room conditions were not good for that price, and there was no Air-condition on the building. Was not worth it for the price, the advertise is not correct on the web. Was a total disappointed experience even I did stay for a night.
