Millenium Hilton

Recent guest reviews

We stayed at the Millennium Hilton for a weekend. We had a one bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of three. The amenities included a breakfast buffet with hot and cold options. The location can not be matched, with plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance

Wonderful view of 9/11 Memorial. The restaurant was wonderful. Great staff.

Great Convience being in the heart of NYC! Only bad experience is the hefty parking fee and free internet only in the lobby and gym/pool area and not in room.. the hotel should rethink of adding free internet to good paying customers...

Loved this hotel and the location around it. Usually when I am in New York I fall into the trap of staying near Times Square but this area is great. Not too crazy and great restaurants and bars. The hotel is so nice and updated and the staff is incredibly nice.

I was so taken by the view from our room I almost immediately booked an extra night for our stay so I could enjoy it even longer. Conveniently located near major attractions and shopping and easy access to the subway to check out Brooklyn or Mid-town. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating (especially Graphika). Very reasonably priced for the quality and location.

This was my first time to visit New York. The hotel provided me with the best location to see it all and privided me with the cleaniest, friendliest, most comfortable accommodations to do so. Very happy here.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Close to subway. Room was clean. Very comfortable with new and modern decor. Would definitely stay there again.

Directly across from Freedom Tower. Walking distance to many attractions. Only complaint is dirty windows and hard pillows.

Friendly staff! Convenient to subway!! Close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Excellent hotel and staff were very helpful. Convenient location to the subway and area attractions

Wonderful experience some people at guest services can be rude but overall a beautiful place!

The hotel is located in great area in Manhattan. I chose junior suite king city view which has separated bedroom and living work area. I liked view from the room.

I considered staying in Times Square for my first big trip to NYC and after researching the size of the rooms, locations, amenities, nearby restaurants and sites I picked the Millenium Hilton for my 6 day stay. I an SO thankful I did so. The hotel is beautiful, very well kept. I had the corner suite on the 40th floor and the room was perfect. Views of One World Trade Center, Oculus, 9/11 Memorial and the surrounding buildings. Room service was great, the employees working in the restaurant were very friendly and even when sitting at the bar my final day there I met one of the managers there and his wine vendor. Shared several drinks and stories with them before leaving for the airport. For those reading this, stop researching other options and book your stay here (and get a king suite with a city view). -Nathan

I took my son to New York for the first time last week, and had arranged to take him to the Jets game as a present from Santa. The front desk staff collaborated to the extent that they even created a letter from Santa for him. They then surprised him and gave them to him. He was overjoyed and it was thanks to the Millennium Hilton staff!

Hotel was very nice. Restaurant and bar over priced.

Great view of lower Manhattan from the upper floors but the hotel is looking slightly run down and dated and us due to be refurbished. Staff at breakfast very attentive.

Room was perfect. Large bright and clean bathroom.

This hotel is a great one. My view was of the World Trade Center Museum. Although it was a lot of tourists and construction, there was not a lot of chaos, disturbing noise, or traffic. The staff was accommodating, the room was immaculate. Cozy as most NY hotels but not crammed. I think I have found my #2 hotel in the city.

Almost everything about this hotel I can give positive feedback on: friendliness of the staff from check-in to concierge and maids, cleanliness of the rooms, comfort of the rooms... all except one problem. A neighbouring room's TV was on until 2am and clearly heard as if I were in the room, making it impossible to sleep. Maybe this can be fixed with a layout change. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the stay here.

Great staff made stay wonderful Wonderful shopping restaurant n much more Workersr very helpful, rooms were great size restaurant was great enjoyed everymeal at hotel
