The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room are small but clean. They got a water machine on every floor for you to fill-up your water bottler. The hotel is in great location. Its walking distance to everything in New York.

Nice and convenient place to stay close Times Square

1h after a date err on reservation they would not alter. ONE HOUR ONE DAY. Kindness goes a long way I will not return or recommend and will spread the word

Amazing location. So close to everything. Staff was super friendly at all hours. The kicker was that espresso machine though. 24 hours of caffeine was everything I needed to keep the vacation alive. I will be back here for sure!

Very convenient, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced

Very quiet room. Small but efficiently designed. The drinks and snacks in the lobby were nice--saved a few trips to the grocery store (and given the room didn't have a fridge, it was helpful to have cool drinks).

This is our third stay at this hotel. It did not disappoint, once again. The location is super for a business or pleasure traveler, with multiple subway lines within a five minute walk, including the sparkling new Fulton Center. Staff is pleasant enough, though did not interact with them too much. The hotel is in an older building but the rooms are very modern. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Our room was well appointed and quiet, though rather small. We've gotten a small room on each of our three visits, but this is Manhattan, and you can't really compare to other cities in this regard. We are budget travelers and spend most of our time roaming the city rather than requiring hotel amenities. We got a great, quality hotel experience at a budget price.

This hotel has a very masculine vibe which I did not really resonate with. It felt sterile. It was perfectly clean but the room was a strange combination of extremely spacious in some places and very cramped in others. The layout was very odd. My bathtub had a drain that did not close so that I could not take a bath. I had to ask the front desk three times before it was finally fixed. The staff was very friendly but I did not love the place. The location is handy. My plans changed two weeks before my arrival in NYC, and I would have liked to amend the reservation, which most hotels permit, if this occurs 24 hours in advance. If I had made any changes, I would have forfeited the entire payment for the room. This does not seem right. I will never book a hotel through Orbitz in the future, if that is their policy. It might have been specific to this hotel. But that lack of flexility is not reasonable.

Better room this time than last but still an old building with very small rooms and maintenance issues. I will say they FINALLY got the coffee machine fixed in the lobby. It was 'temporarily out of service' for months. It is a nice perq but doesn't make up for how much less you get for your money than down the street at a couple of other options in the same price range. Front desk people are generally nice and during the week they have fresh fruit and some snacks in the lobby. Still wish they would have them available on the weekends but so far no.

Loved the water stations! Nice size room for NYC.

This is just an 'OK' place. Given the rate, we will spend our money elsewhere.

The rooms are OK, housekeeping is good, front desk is generally upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Through the week they have snacks (peanuts, M&Ms, snack mix, sunflower seeds, etc.) and fresh fruit in the common area by the lobby. We liked that except it disappears on Friday and doesn't reappear until Monday. Most standard rooms come with a small microwave and a small refrigerator. While a great perq for us (we usually have leftovers we want to refrigerate and reheat), while they have been functional, they are all beginning to show their age - as the hotel is generally. We can't say for all of the rooms but on several (too many) occasions the water in the shower takes way too long to get hot. The first time I experienced it I was afraid I was going to have to take a shower in cold water. I will note that in every case the water did come up to temperature eventually so be prepared to turn on the hot water a good five minutes before you may want it. This did not happen every time but did too often.

Excellent staff as we were traveling into the city and pushed for time. The front desk made sure our rooms were ready and very direct and pleasant!! Would return!

Room was small but comfortable. Staff was friendly. Hotel was close to subway.

Hotel was not at all like the pictures. The hotel was very understaffed and not everyone was nice/helpful. The rooms were very stark with bright fluorescent lights. Overall not what I would have expected. The only perk was the great location - walking distance to Wall Street and the World Trade Center.

I had a great stay at club quarters in fact I just booked to stay there again

Convenient for our purposes. Our children and grandchildren live Downtown. Convenient to the Subway. Good internet facilities in the hotel common guest room and wi-fi worked well in our room.

I've had my employees stay here a numerous of times as it is walking distance to everything in the downtown area of Manhattan. Perfect for anyone wanting to be walking distance from perfect views of the Brooklyn Bridge and World Trade Center. The hotel is always clean and staff is always extremely nice, Also they provide free water and snacks to all guest!!!!

This hotel was in a nice little hideaway street right next to the subway and Wall Street. It provided everything you needed except for a microwave which was listed on the hotel room description but not in the room. There was fresh fruit provided Monday through Friday but no breakfast. You had to pay for that separately in a nice little restaurant next door. It was currently being renovated while we were there but that didn't affect the way the food tasted. The staff was very friendly and ready to help.
