Had a very nice ocean view room. The staff are amazing. The breakfast was included and it was very nice. They have the best cook. The food is delicious. We were treated like very important person. We got the nice table everything we went to eat. One nite we ate dinner and invited our local family and everyone enjoyed the food so much.I have already recommend Sheraton to our family and friends last time when we were there. So many of them have already stayed since our recommendation. I will stay there again and again. Keep up the good work Sheraton. Vinaka, ne sa moce!!See you again!!

Room could be drier since other hotels in same area are doing so

Good times but could have been better with correct information given at front desk......you could tell they didn't have a clue, very nice and polite but didn't know anything or gave wrong answers/info. Rooms were great very clean and well kept grounds. Executive manager is a plus for Sheraton, very accommodating and efficient!

Great location with ability to use/charge at two adjoining properties. Just needs some simple food options like toasted sandwiches. Food and drink prices are massive everywhere in Fiji. Sheratorn is right up there.

Cant complain about anything here really, except the location in comparison to the islands or coral coast, where the water is a million times better to look at and the beaches are inviting. Unfortunately the beaches at this hotel are very lacking. Other than that - excellent experience here overall.

great hotel but not worth a trip to fiji unless you're going to an island. The golf course is amazing and the staff is great. Too many kids though and the food was only mediocre. Overall a very good value though and comfortable.

Immediately upon walking into the lobby you see a very clean amazing open aire lobby area. My wife and I were greeted by the best staff we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Somehow with all the guests staying at the resort lots of the staff were able to greet me by name, which I think gave their service a very genuine feel. If the staff didn't have something you asked for they went out of their way to try and get it for you. The rooms were nice, but not as up to date as the lobby looks. But then again who goes on vacation to stay in their room! Overall we enjoyed all 10 days that we spent at the resort.

Great choice at breakfast or dinner buffets. Very spacious room but needs refreshing . If you get to breakfast early fine but from about 9.30 have to queue up for approx. 15 mins . Same problem for beach towels and beach chairs . Noticed that many people get up at 7.30 just to put towels on the chairs and then go back to bed. Staff very helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and I love the friendly staff and wonderful service. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crusoe's! The staff was beyond nice! They are so nice (and generally the people of Fiji are super nice) and accommodating! A few tips: -Bring your own snorkel gear! We brought our own and it was so easy to go whenever we wanted. We did not bring our own fins and it was sometimes hit or miss with getting the gear. Crusoe's offers free snorkel and canoes. There is great snorkeling right off the beach---only a few feet from our room. Also, there is usually a snorkel trip. Do these! They are totally worth the $20 Fijian per person. There is a really cool clam farm, hot water spring and many great corals and fish! We snorkeled almost every day (one day it rained and we were sleeping, the other day I was getting a massage) -Rent a car! We did not rent a car because many of our travel books said it was easy to get a cab. It was easy in Nadi, but not on the coral coast. It was $50 one-way anywhere! We didn't get out as much as we would have liked because it was so expensive for a cab. We wish we could have rented a car so we could have done more sight seeing. -Bring your own snacks! The food at Crusoe's is okay. It's like pub food. We were hoping for more authentic food, but we did not get that at the hotel. We brought our own snacks so we could munch whenever we were hungry without having to go to the dining room. Also, buy the meal plan! It's worth it! It is currently $45Fijian per person per day. Breakfast is included, but it is easy to spend $20-30 for lunch and $20-30 for dinner. We didn't get the meal plan and spent too much money. -Get a duty free bottle of booze at the airport! Drinks are very expensive! Cocktails are $18-21 and beers are $8-12 each. Bring a bottle of rum and mix it with their yummy pinapple juice (juice is $6 each) or bring your own mixers. You can always put it in a water bottle and walk around with that, but they do not permit you to have booze bottles in common areas. -Bring bug spray and ask the hotel folks for a bug coil and stand. These are incense coils that repel bugs. Put this on your patio. We got a few bites and it was their dry season. -Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/soap. Their products are not very nice. It's worth it to grab this at the market when you get your own snacks. -Bring laundry detergent or plan to wash clothes in shampoo. The laundry service is very expensive, but you have a clothes line on your patio. YOu can wash your own clothes/swimsuit in the sink and hang to dry. Be mindful that some of the clotheslines have rust on them. I have a stained pair of shorts from the rust. -Try the cava at the cava ceremony! -We didn't go on any of the hotel-sponsored trips but many said they were worth it. -Visit the neighboring village. Bring little things for the kids if you can. They like coloring books, books, candy and toys. We didn't know this and wish we did before we left home. -We stayed 6 nights and it was perfect. If there were more food selections we would have wanted to stay longer. DON'T GO TO VALICITY'S RESTAURANT! It's a chain restaurant that is overpriced and not that good!!!!! Folks told us it was good, but it was a $300 dinner at the end of the night with $100 in taxi costs, and way to much money for the food. It was not good. -Get a massage. It's totally worth it! The lady is great. It's relaxing--not deep tissue--so if you need more pressure this probably isn't your type of massage. overall, we would definitely go back to Crusoe's! It was a really wonderful and relaxing stay! It is very remote so don't plan on getting any shopping done unless you leave the resort and go to Pacific Harbor, Sigatoka, Suva or Nadi. There was one family staying there when we got there, but 2 days before we left, there were lots of kids!!! We were on our honeymoon so we didn't want to be around kids. We didn't go to Suva, but another woman staying at Crusoe's said her wallet was stolen out of her zipped purse. Be aware!
