Currently in house and the air con units in each room are useless especially in this weather. Plus he aircon faces the TV and not the bed which makes matters worse! There's no proper circulation when it comes to the bed and everyone has to be standing next to the TV for some cool air. Mind you the aircon has been on since check in time. It's now after 7 in the evening. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Everything about this place is soon amazing You have great service With gorgeous rooms.... it's totally worth its price.. my family and I are in love with that place. I would totally recommend others to have a stay here

The website is quite confusing as it says double or twin room with pool view but we were given only one bedroom with two beds. There were bedbugs and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. The pool water was quite dirty and noise from the nearby club makes it unbearable to sleep. There was no remote for tv and the ac was not working properly. We locked ourselves multiple times in the bathroom as the door was not working properly. Definitely needs maintenance.

Electric circuits need to worked out as you had to turn on room light to work bathroom lights. Had to wear thongs in what was a horrible excuse for a shower. Wifi didn't work even when you got the voucher. Also there is a nightclub next door so have fun trying to sleep with the doof doof sounds filling the room until 4am. Not a good place if your exhausted and just want a nice hot shower and a comfy bed (although the bed was pretty comfy).

We had to extend our stay for 3 nights instead or 1, and everyday the price given was different. We had booked through Agoda a Deluxe room for a higher price, but the room we received was exactly the same than the standard room where I had stayed before on a previous trip. When we arrived we were asked to pay a surcharge of 60$. We were suspicious that the prices of the rooms seemed not clear and always changing so we asked several times to the reception desk and the manager what was the official price of the room, and we always received different answers, ranging from 103$, 117$, up to 150$ (what we paid for the first 2 nights). We had to pay an additional fee for a 3rd person occupancy, but we were provided only 2 towels and 2 chairs. Manager was rude when I complained about the prices and surcharges being not clear. The bathrooms' taps and showers were leaking in the two rooms I stayed in. Cushions on the bed had stains. Longchairs were dirty and rusty, with mold stains and bird excrements. Tables in the "restaurant" were dirty too. Towels were old with stains too. There is a loud night club next door, with music going until late at night. Breakfast was toasts with jam and bad coffee. Additionally, my father had a broken foot so we tried to have a breakfast on the closest table to avoid him moving to much, but a staff member rudely asked us to move so he could mop around (although we were in the middle of breakfast allocated time). I am a Fiji resident and I have stayed in many hotels in Nadi; for a similar price you can stay in much better hotels like Tanoa, Mercure, Oasis Palms, Smuggler's cove...

We stayed at hotel four nights. Internet did not work at all. You must buy voucher and sign in but loading pages was really slow and it was not connect for all our stay. When it surprasingly loaded after hours of waiting there was some error and shows "Voucher already in use". Shortly- we paid $60 for nothing and manager was unpleasant and didn't want compesate it. We didn't even talk with him, be just sent words to receptionist. Luckily on reception was nice girls and one od them let me use jet data for while. Hotel not recommend.

Checked in late at night and was led straight to our room, The receptionist was nice and helpful. The room was Good, bed very comfortable, good lighting and not too much noise from the neighboring night club. However, the restaurant tables were too close too each other, and uncomfortable when full. The breakfast buffet could be better. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

I have been coming here for 23 or 25 years. This place has always managed to please our family. They are refurbishing and there are tell tail signs of cyclone Winston. I love the local feel but was disappointed with the local government for allowing an all night night club to operate beside this restful motel. There are quiet rooms just ask. Courtesy bus to airport is fantastic.

HOTEL staff friendly. Unfortunately there is a nightclub next door and if you are a light sleeper you need to ask for a room as far away as possible as still noisy at 3am. They need to get problem fixed by getting nightclub to put in double glazing. Nightclub should never have been given a licence so close to accommodation.

I stayed at Capricorn with little expectations. Our group booked one night here because it was cheaper as a flights + accommodation deal than just the return flights themselves. And because we were arriving in the late afternoon, we decided it would be better to stopover before heading another 2 hours to the Coral Coast. Just be cautious about the free airport transfers. We had notified the hotel that we were arriving at a certain time but unfortunately our plane was delayed 2 hours in Melbourne. When we got to Nadi airport we phoned the hotel and were informed the driver had gone home for the night. This was at about 6pm. We ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel. The room itself was ok but I wouldn't stay more than one night. It has all the minimum essentials. I wore slippers into the shower because there were a lot of green stains everywhere. The TV had no remote and only 2 channels that worked. Don't have high expectations for the free continental breakfast, you will be disappointed. We stayed there on a Saturday night and I could hear the music from the nightclub next door all night. The pros are that there is a Burger King next door with free wi-fi and also restaurants and supermarkets down the road. I've given this place an average rating because it wasn't exactly horrible. It does the job and for the price you pay here, you can't really expect it to be the Shangri-La.
