My boyfriend and I stayed on bounty island for 6 nights and we loved every minute we spent there. We stayed in a beach bure which was simple but clean and comfortable. The best bit is that it's right on the beach so you wake up with the sea right outside your door every morning. There's a nice decking part to sit out on and your own hammock to relax in. The meal plan was great, there was plenty of different options to choose from. There's lots of free activities to do on the island, like snorkelling, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming pool, turtle feeding, fish feeding, ping pong and pool table. The staff at bounty are great. They're all very friendly and often sing and play the guitar whilst you are having dinner which is really nice. Bounty island is a lovely chilled place to relax in the sun and we will miss it!

We decided on this place as our honeymoon location and we could not be happier. They had an amazing staff that treated us with great activities every day. The food and scenery was amazing. We will be going again.

Bounty island was my first island in Fiji! We were greeted by Shawn would was really funny and told us what to do on the island. The food was amazing breakfast lunch and dinner. Berri ensured everyone had a great time while at bounty. The island was small you can walk arrow d it in around 30mins. There was free snorkling and paddle boarding. After dinner the staff does a great job of singing! Shout out to Magic mike and coconut joe best captains arround Fiji.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Bounty Island for 3 nights in September 2017. It was a beautiful island and we were fortunate enough to have lovely hot sunny days while we stayed. There was quite a few activities to do during the day including kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkelling, walking around the island, relaxing around the pool, table tennis and lying on the various sunbeds they had. They seemed to be a bit short of snorkel gear when we were there and for 4 days we were only able to get some snorkel goggles and no flippers. So my recommendation is if you want to go snorkelling grab your gear in the morning and hold onto it for the day, that is what others seemed to do. We stayed in a Bure. As soon as you open the door to go outside you have a lovely view of the sea and a patio with a couple chairs to relax on. The room itself was average, not overly good or bad. It had a queen or double bed (forget which one) some bunk beds, fridge and bathroom and some tea / coffee facilities. However we hardly spent anytime in the room apart to sleep so wasn't a second thought. While on the island there was a meal plan per person per night. Breakfast and lunch was buffet style and dinner was a three course al la carte. We were very happy with the food. There was plenty of choice and more than enough food to keep you full while you were there. They also did a few happy hours throughout the day and some cocktail specials. So drinks were fairly well priced on the Island. Bounty Island was a beautiful island to stay at and very easy to get to being about a 40 minute boat ride from Denaru Marina. Would definitely stay there again!

I've been here with my friends for 5 days, too many if you plan to visit other islands but awesome if you just want to relax! We had the bungalow with the beach view, best choice ever, waking up every day with that beautiful view... My friend and I want really thank Wati, Nemani, Berry and King (I don't know if you spell them like this), they were so kind and friendly with us, they made our Fijian experience unique! Thank you from Stella, Rossella, Flavia and Giulia!

Bula Bounty :-) While travelling for one year around the world (, we just had the opportunity to finally relax a little bit and spent nine lovely nights on Bounty Island. The whole staff was incredible and made us feel veeeeery welcome since our first day of arrival. From free snorkelling, kayaking, super lovely and delicious food, the lovely beach, intense games of table tennis, great cocktails and last but not least, the AMAZING staff (already miss you Berry, Pon(ipate), Sun, Melan, Deen, Naomi, Filip, Roxan, Wyse, Ravuama, Sekove, Jay 1 & 2, Solo, Rani, ...and the rest of the amazing team) we will always keep deep in our memories. You made the stay at Bounty really special to us! Coming back to Bounty is an absolute no-brainer and we can 100% recommend it to everyone. The dorm we were staying was super spacious, got cleaned every day and noise or anything else was never an issue. Couldn't be any happier with our choice. Hope to see everyone soon again! Will miss you guys :-) Philipp & Melanie from Austria

Beautiful beaches all around the island. Everything was included, like snorkelling gear, stand up paddle boards and kayaks. Beautiful spots for sunset and sunrice. Possible to bath, even during low tide. A perfect little paradise.

We loved our time here. It was relaxed and had a low-key vibe. Bed was large and comfortable and nighttime temps were nice--no need for AC. Room had a fridge and shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided. Reading lights would have been nice--we were glad to have our headlamps. They had 3 happy hours where they offered 20% off, including wine. Bar also had table tennis and pool. We really liked doing power walks on the interior circular walking path that was shaded by foliage (of course one can walk around the island on the beach as well). It's about a 15-20 minute circle on the interior path. Meals were nice. Wifi was $25/day or $35 for 3 days. It was decent but more electrical outlets are needed in the dining area where the wifi is located. Laundry was very reasonable ($5 per bag). Water was drinkable and just as good as on the mainland right out of the tap. Mandatory $89 per person meal plan. It would be so much nicer if they just included this in the price and offered full board rates instead. There's a 3.5% credit card charge. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The location itself is amazing and this can not be knocked. However, compared to other resorts i stayed at for the same price I think that the dorm accommodation can be dramatically improved. The beds were not made up once we arrived. Likewise, when other people left the dorm, their beds were not made up for new arrivals. The bathroom was never cleaned and we had a rat in our dorm 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The food was good. The best thing about this island is the turtle cleaning, the underwater sea life and having paddle boards free which is usually a small charge at other resorts.

This is a tiny island and you can walk right round it in about 30 a 40 minutes. Depending on what you want out of your holiday you may not want to stay more than 2 or 3 nights as there isn't much to do once you've explored. The staff are really friendly and helpful and work ever so hard! We stayed in a beachfront bure, and each morning stepped out onto white sands and blue sea. The bure was basic but comfortable and clean. Meals are extra which you pay for on the island. You are not allowed to land on the island from the Yassawa ferry unless you have pre-booked your accommodation. Despite being told there are no credit card facilities and having a last minute panic before leaving Nadi to find an ATM, you can actually put everything on your room including bar bill, and pay by cc at the end of your stay. There is a baby turtle sanctuary there and guests are invited to help clean the turtles and scrub their shells with toothbrushes, which was interesting. The turtles are released into the wild when they reach a decent enough size to fend for themselves. A bit of a shame that the coral reef was so damaged, we were told it was damaged when it used to be a party island with lots of boats anchoring and damaging the reef but that the reef is growing back.
