Clean, Large desk and office chair. Refrigerator worked well. Breakfast was good.
It looked like they had construction guys staying on the premises and their dirty boots tracked stuff everywhere. I found some crumbs of food on the floor of our room so it had not been vacuumed. The rest of the room was pretty clean. There was trash up and down the hall like stuff from take out and bags of trash. There was a pillow in the stairwell when we walked down to breakfast.

I really appreciated the professional and friendly staff that were more than helpful. There was a lot of activity around the property that was concerning and made me feel unsafe with my daughter. I took extra care not to leave anything interesting looking when the car was parked overnight.
Room was comfortable & clean. Got a good price for a 5 night stay through Orbitz, but had to leave early. You lose your discount if leaving early so pretty much paid full price.

It was very enjoyable. the staff was tops. after we checked in and stayed 1 night we came back and found that there was a very strong odor in our room. upon telling the night clerk she didn't hesitate and moved us to another room. we really appreciated her effort' we will deffinatly recommend this hotel.
overall it was a short stay and worth the price. When I showed up I went to the front counter to check in and the only thing said to me was "fill this out" I asked if it was to late to use a discount card since the room had already been paid for, she acted like i was stupid for even asking. (i understand i should have used the discount card while booking). The thing that probabley frustrated me the most was when i asked where the room was. the response was 3rd floor and that is it so I asked if there was a outside entrance and the response was both sides of the hotel have doors and the elevator is in the lobby. at this point i went back to my truck and parked still not knowing where my room was exept for on the 3rd floor. of course i parked on the opposite side and walked the entire length of the hotel to get to my room. Even for a low rate hotel i expect better courtesy and at least a decent answer to A question as simple as where is my room. THE MORNING STAFF WAS VERY NICE IT WAS LIKE I WAS AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL
This was the best place we stayed in for the trip. Clean comfortable room, right off the interstate. Bed was great! Breakfast was wonderful, a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. All for a great price.

Overall, this was a good stay. Comfy beds, quiet. Mention of a pool, but there was no pool on premises. Perhaps it is only at the YMCA? Staff wasn't at desk when we first got there. heard them in the background, but did not see anyone for a couple of minutes. But, a good place to stay and SMOKE FREE!!!

Stayed while attending a nearby wedding. Nice place to rest your head but not to necessarily spend a whole lot of time. Some historic sites within an hour's drive and Saint Louis close by. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
