I like the cleanliness in the room but the mattress qas in bad shape you can feel the springs Lso the faucet in the shower was lose it was hard to get hot water i let them known but maintenence never fixed

So, I booked a room at a Super 8, so it's not like my expectations were very high, but there isn't one nice thing I can say about this property. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming or courteous. She was an basically an able body to swipe your card and issue room keys. When I opened the door to our room, it smelled so bad! It smelled like a combination of stale cigarette smoke, and a dusty old locker room. And the air was thick with it! I started sneezing right away and my daughter complained about the air quality in the room as well. I found it interesting that the window was wide open too. The entire room looked so filthy it was not okay. The bed cover was so stained I was shocked that any housekeeper would think guests would be okay with its condition. It was bad! I pulled back the covers and the fitted sheet was also stained. My daughter has really bad asthma and I knew she wouldn't be able to tolerate the air in that room. I had to find another place to stay. Fortunately we did and we checked out. I told the lady at the front desk why we were checking out, and when I asked about a refund I was told to talk to the manager the next day. We weren't even in the room for 15 minutes. The next day I called and spoke with the manager. he was very rude and basically put it on me, "I decided to leave," "I could have called
Property was very dirty. You could tell the people working there also lived there. chain smoking outside of property while their child was eating a cigarette butt. I wouldn't recommend the property. Also, I have never given a poor review ever.
Motel rooms are great for price but the area is bad and its self evident motel 6 abandoned and over priced...
Hairdryer was glitchy. The hotel did not provide breakfast, and also discouraged eating in the room. Apathetic front desk help.
It seemed recently revenated but there was a strong manure smell from local farms and picked this place because of the hot tub and pool but were not informed they were closed down also no breakfast nor any compensation for lack of amenities. Theres a loud truckstop behind so had to pay extra to move to front to avoid running semis allnight.
The charge a $100 damage deposit, there were burns in the comforters when we checked in, they charged me $25 for the comforters when i checked out, and the front desk staff is very rude!
Scale expectations to what you pay and this Motel 8 comes out very well, including an indoor small pool. Breakfast is adequate. Rooms are decently appointed, my favorite is enough electric outlets in the right places. A work desk and an eating table. It's all here and a good value.

Nice staff. Very friendly, breakfast was OK but minimal.
Easy access location and right near large gas station. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean. Pool was closed due to maintenance.
There is a stink throughout the hotel which is really nasty.
I was thrilled with the cleanliness of this property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was in town for a wedding, was sick and running late. They took care of me expeditiously and with a kind manner. Very nice! The bed was comfortable and there was space to organize my belongings. The downside to getting a room on the back of the hotel is the big rig truckers who idle their trucks while resting at the truck stop overnight, for hours. Bring ear plugs. The desk was helpful enough as to locate a pair of ear plugs for me when I couldn't sleep because of the noise (THANK YOU!), but I got the impression it's not something they are well prepared to do. Bring your own earplugs and you will enjoy this hotel for its cleanliness and utility.
New receptionist was outstanding and gave great customer service.
Idk if I’d book here again. The location was convenient for the event we were attending the next day. But everything was ‘ok’ at best.
