The property was dirty. I found trash all around the property. The pool area was dirty.
There was trash around the property, mostly around the walkway to the rooms. The same amount or more was there between when we arrived and left. Room phone didn't work well, tried to call the front desk about an overflowing toilet once we got in the room and had to walk up to the desk. I know drinks are going to be expensive but $30 for 6 beers is a little much. The staff was polite and very nice, just slow. The only good think was the pool was nice.
Our room was way too far from the lobby and pool. The housekeeping wasn't responsive. The room was dated. The staff at the restaurants was terrible.

Prices were outrageous for food. Renting two lounge chairs at pool for the day was $385. A cabana for the day was $785. We did not get cleaning service for our room at all for the week. Very disappointing, I would not go back to this resort.
Had a great time
Door didn’t function properly and locked us out. We had to wait for an hour and a half and missed an appointment. The hotel manager never once reached out to to show concern. Unbelievable
