I like how someone is always checking on you to see if things are going ok. I actually needed to add a room while I was there for my sister, therefore when my guy checked on us that day I told him what I needed and I never had to leave the beach to take care of the arrangements. When I returned it was all done and she checked in. They make everything hassle free!

Overall good. pleasant staff and its location in downtown Fernandina Beach are great. However, the bathroom in the room has no vent and the hallway carpets are old and not pleasant to look at--both big negatives.

It was in a very convenient location. Lots of food choices and shopping around. The room had an odd smell almost mildewy - the hotel is not super updated. But overall for the staff and stay it was good!
No rooms ready at check in had to sit and wait over an hour. Filled out card for towels and coffee. Only got towels

I was pleasantly surprised at how it looked newly remodelled the rooms were beautiful the hotel itself was in a great location right in the centre of downtown Amelia Island.I would use that hotel again and again and the price was right!
The property was close to everything. We could walk to restaurants shopping. Location was perfect. The staff was so nice and helpful
