Parking too expensive and full most of the time. Non friendly staff at check-in. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner) were very low quality.

The amenities and facility was exceptional. The lazy river and pool was a very nice touch. The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff was very amicable.

Family changed plans due to Hurricane and came a day early. So I went to the desk to add a room. The guy at desk was extremely rude and would not even check availability. So I had to go to Orbitz to reserve the room then go back to the same jerk to check in to the room that just lost a percentage to Orbitz. Perhaps you doubled the price with Orbitz so you ultimately make more money. Either way I thought it was extremely crappy. I won’t be back, but loved the hotel.
On the day of check in there was a palm size print of dry blood on the shower curtain, on second day the key card stop working and on the day of check out it stopped working before check out so when we did our two trips to get the suitcases and place them in the car we got locked out .
Amazing pool
They only provide housekeeping service every 3 days of your stay. We requested for a housekeeper 3 times, no one show up to clean our room until 2 days later. I had to requested 4 times for it to be done.
So lovely. We were there during a renovation and look forward to going back once the place is finished. The pool is perfect!
Hotel not staffed and open up enough for guests. Only 1 restaurant open for dinner and limited menu and long wait time. Again breakfast carry out and long lines just to get a cup of coffee. No valet. No carts around for check out and had to find my own. Long lines at pool bar and service as well.
The hotel was beautiful and heated pool along w the heated lazy river were the highlight of our trip. It was pretty busy and they still managed to get our pool side orders to us quickly. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
