Lovely attendants, like, Rosilaine, Rafael Ramos Oliveira and Danilo, I got their names because it is magic when you receive the awesome welcome at the reception. Excelent and confortable room, breakfasts included in your rate with good tasty.
We new it was a great place to be when we saw Government Secretary of State vehicles in the Parking lot. This is located across the street from one of the best shopping malls in Brasilia and many top rated restaurants. The hotel was excellent in every respect. If we ever go back to Brasilia this is where we are staying.
I stayed here on a business trip to Brasilian in 2016. Quality of the hotel is better than average standard in the US. They provided free breakfast and offered tons of options. I will stay here next time if I need to visit Brasilia again.
We had a total of six from Ireland to attend a family wedding in Brasilia. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The rooms were very clean with really comfortable beds. The staff helped with any queries we had and were more than pleasant. Definitely would recommend 👍
Good hotel, good location next to a shopping mall and short distance to some of the sights by taxi (distances in Brasilia make it difficult to walk). Our room was quite large, modern with a comfortable bed and a good shower and we found it to be a good value overall. Free WiFi that actually works was a plus! My only negative comments are about the check-in and check-out processes...that lasted a really long time and there was a lot of confusion between the recepcionists at check-in. You just don't get such a good impression when you see 10 people in line in front of you trying to check-in with a kid, bag and stroller and no one available to help with bags on a Friday evening either...I think this could be improved. Breakfast is good, the buffet is extensive with tapiocas, many juice options, fresh fruits, breads, pastries and cold cuts, cereals; It might just be might taste, but I could just not drink the coffee offered... I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.
This is a new business hotel in Brasilia. Most probably, the best one of this kind I know in Brazil. Efficient, with all the necessary ammenities and a friendly, professional service. Comfortable rooms, nice restaurant, good gym and outdoor pool and close to shopping and restaurants. All you can ask for on a business trip.
Though I have not stayed at any other hotel in Brasilia, I like it enough to come back. After my second stay, I am writing a review. Why just a 4 star? I would have put 4.5 stars for this hotel. Let's start with the good stuff. I am thankful for the courtesy of the front desk, and that they speak English as my Portuguese is still not that good. The rooms are clean, functional, and everything in the room works. You need plug adapters, if you only have US plug-ins for the wall. If you don't have any, ask at the front desk and they will provide you with one or two adapters.... Thank you!!!! The complimentary breakfast (if that is what you booked with your room), has a nice spread. They have assorted cold cuts with cheese, fruit, and hot dishes. You can also have eggs to order, though you may have wait a while. The room cards you are provided are security enhanced, so all you do when you get in the elevator is place it on the scanner and it knows what floor you are on. The hotel is located right across the street from a mall. The mall has a market in it on the bottom floor, where you can buy your own beer, water, and snacks if you like to do that sort of thing. The hotel is also located near many of the local tourist attractions when it comes to buildings, and you can walk to them. The Wi-Fi worked well and I never had any issues with it. (It was included with my room, but not all bookings come with Wi-Fi) The negatives (I'm being picky here). The breakfast is good, other than the semi-cooked, runny scrambled eggs (which are normally my favorite part of breakfast). The gym has two treadmills, elliptical machine and a multi-purpose weight machine that is tired. A carabiner was missing, so I could not do curls. The free weights consisted of very light dumbbells. The exercise mats at 6:00am were not yet cleaned. The treadmill I used had to be reset and powered back on to function. The bar at the hotel does not open until around 6pm. I think the hotel is missing out on an opportunity for people who get back early and get happy hour drinks. I plan on returning to the hotel if I get back to Brasilia.
The Cullinan Premium Hotel is very well located right next to Brasilia Shopping Mall in the heart of Brasilia. Brand new hotel, with beautifully decorated lobby, restaurant and rooms, despite being a bit small (28 m2). Delicious breakfast and nice bar/restaurant. Will certainly use this hotel when I return to Brasilia. Highly recommended!
nice and well equipped rooms with nespresso machine, efficient wi-fi and comfortable working place. classic business hotel. good location and great servicing team. breakfast is quite complete and free. recommended.
My family and I stayed at the Cullinan for 4 days in November 2016. We had two rooms, arranged side-by-side, though not connecting. The hotel is very clean, with a modern design. Brasilia is not a city where one walks around much so, if you rent a car, the parking at the hotel is free, and very convenient. The staff is very friendly, and quite a few spoke decent English. The breakfast buffet was nice, with lots of variety - though all Brazilian. If you are expecting British, or American style breakfast, with lots of eggs, bacon, sausage, etc, you'll not find it there. This property is frequented by people working in government, or doing business with the government. So most guests are there for business, and always well dressed. Not as casual property. Which brings me to a negative point: considering that there are that many people there that need to get nicely dressed, and women have to put on their makeup, the rooms could use a lot more light, and have a little extra space for people to get ready. The lobby and common areas are very small. As are the rooms. No extra space at all. Bathrooms are tiny. All very neat. Very clean. But of diminutive proportions. The location is very central, with a very nice shopping mall directly across the street from it. If you are looking for an efficient place to spend the night, this is an affordable, smart choice.
