Clean hotel but under remodeling need more work. great price for room

handicap room very good// will stay again /breakfast better than most motel price makes this a good deal c.jackson

The room was very nice and comfortable. There was a very minor problem is the tube not draining but the maintenance man came in right away and corrected the problem. Really looking forward to staying there again.

The first night I stayed at the hotel during check in I was told I had to pay a 20.00 deposit for my room even though I had already paid online with my check card. The next day I paid on line for my room and when I went to check in the General Manager decides to charge me a deposit of $40.00 so I paid for a room but was not allowed to stay in it, so I called the police department in Fayetteville because I could not get my money refunded nor was I permitted to be on the property the General Manager and he called the police to put me off the premises. I would never visit this hotel again.

My friends and I satyed for five days and it was great. Everything in the hotel was great and the price excellent

The hotel had so many things wrong with it from a broken toilet to a sink that leaked. We had to get our room changed twice before getting a room that was nasty, but wasnt that broken.

Our overall experience was decent. The place was clean, very cheap, and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker (that we didn't use). The location felt really out in the sticks, as Fayetteville is really more of a hamlet masquerading as a city outside of the base at Fort Bragg. Things that annoyed us included: the front desk clerk who acted like booking us a room was not in her job description, the tiny pillows, and the sad excuse of a blanket on the bed. I didn't have the "continental breakfast" they supposedly provided. A least the place was clean.

Overall, the stay was good. Reasonable price with comfortable stay. However, there was a little confusion . I chose two non-smoking room on line, but did not noticed that confirmation reflects 1 smoking room. Hotel management stated that the upgrade fee has to be included, or call the agent for information. As it was getting very late, we just paid the upgrade fee from smoking to non smoking room.

the room itself was okay but they don't tell you about if you book through a third party depending on how many nights you stay they hold the amount of the room for every night.for instance I stayed three nights and they put a hold on my card for $140 which I thought was wasn't right cuz it wasn't on their website.

this hotel it is very good,,,nice workers,,,and good location,,,recomended.....

Great hotel..had no problems. .staff was helpful. .wold stay again

Great..nice room..staff was helpful.room was clean.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the pool is small but nice. Breakfast was good. A good place to stay if you need to come to the area. I would recommend it.

Service was excellent. Staff courteous. Room Great

Free breakfast wasn't bad. Good pool. More than iI expected for $60.

The location is decent. It was close to other hotels, restaurants, & the Fayetteville airport. The room itself, however, was pretty old & dingy. There was hair on the sheets & I noticed several cracks & other issues with the walls & ceiling. The worst part was the lack of sound proofing & insallation. I could hear everything going on outside & couldn't get the room to a comfortable temp. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Convenient stopping point. Okay accommodations.. .a bit dated and could use minor repairs...sticking door...damaged ceiling.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was super clean. New television w/great reception. Microwave and refrigerator. Located on a main road in Fayetteville w/plenty of places to eat. Had a very nice stay. Would recommend this hotel ecstatically.

Travelling with my wife from Baltimore to Tampa we stopped in Fayetteville and we really enjoyed the Comfort Inn, its staff, the breakfast, the clean room, etc.

As good as we had hoped for. We would stay there again.
