I was surprised to discover this property has no interior access to the rooms, only outside facing doors and windows (towards the parking area. Traveling alone I felt OK, but if my wife was with me she would not have felt safe with no interior access to the room. Had a Motel 6 kind of feel to it as if it used to be a different brand and Hampton took it over. The inside was newly remodeled and the room was good. It just was not what I expected from a Hampton Inn.

Dingy space, things are old and the bed is creaky. Could use a major uplift. Most Hampton Inns are far better than this

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Everyone on the staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was very good. I guess the one negative thing we could say is, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The king bed was fine for the others, but we had the sofa bed and it was uncomfortable. We did catch a few zzzz's, however.

Room was average and had an odor. Staff was pleasant.

Very pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room.

WE HAVE STAYED AT SEVERAL HAMPTON INNS IN THE PAST AND THIS PARTICULAR ONE WAS A DISAPOINTMENT. FURNITURE WAS CHIPPED AND ROOM WAS SHABBY. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONE FOR FRIENDS

Hotel has some updates like bed and countertops but couch and carpeting could use upgrade. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast had a lot of variety and was good.

2 star facility, 3 star price, first time having no microwave, no refrigerator in room

The staff was amazing and our room was clean and cozy. The free breakfast in the morning was tasty and plentiful. I read the reviews and while it is set up more like a motel I still felt like I was in a wonderful hotel.

motel-type with doors from outside to the room. With bed mites. Manager was not friendly at all.

This is the first Hampton Inn that I have stayted at in over a decade that the rooms opened to the outside air. This is a motel not a hotel. I feel the Hampton experience is pretty consistent. This one did not measure up. I felt like I was traveling back in time. They told me the hotel was built in the mid 80's and was renovated in the mid 90's. It looked like it was straight out of 1987.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a stormy weekend so the outside corridor was exposed to the weather. My only criticism was I could not get comfortable on the bed. The mattresses were hard and springy. It's time to change out the mattresses. The hotel was full with a bus tour group so breakfast for me was just fruit as I had to leave to make an appointment. I would come back again for a better mattress.

Not bad for an overnight stay, room was clean. Staff was very nice, the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was great, she should be commended for her services.

All expectations were exceeded! Very clean room. Excellent, friendly staff.

Meat all my expectations. The doors to the rooms are on the out side of the hotel. was not expecting that. otherwise was a great stay with friendly staff

The room was vfry comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was efficient, very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Parking near the room was impossible which made unloading difficult, but other than that it was fine.

The staff where excellent. The staff was very responsive to all our needs. The breakfast was fine.

Needed a place to stay due to a family health emergency and due to a convenient location, chose to stay here. I've stayed at other Hampton Inns across the country and generally have been pleased, however, this one seemed dingy and somewhat run down. Should the need arise for us to return to that area, would certainly seek quarters elsewhere.

Decent, clean, and friendly staff. Breakfast was a plus
