This hotel is older, but it is always clean. There were no handicap rooms available at the time, but we decided to use their available room based on past experience. We had just purchased a new home and we only at the hotel to sleep during this trip. The mattress was poor and unfortunately, we had someone in the room above that was a heavy walker and walked constantly in the middle of the night. We were on the highway side of the hotel this time and the traffic noise was substantial. The staff are always exceptional, however, we did have one issue. We use incline pillows for medical purposes. On the last day of our stay, the made refused to make the bed because the pillows were still on the bed - as they had been the other 4 days of our stay.

Overall very good hotel for the price. Some traffic noise but not too bad.

Every hotel staff member that we came in contact with greeted us and was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room and all the areas that we went at the hotel were clean. We will stay here again if we travel to Fayetteville, NC.

Well Fayetteville is a dump hole and you can't really escape the trashiness. This hotel is like all the rest in Fayetteville. Over priced and mediocre. The one exception being the embassy suites. That one is by far the best in Fayetteville. Almost to the point where it seems like it doesn't belong in Fayetteville. Anyhow, there is nothing special about this hotel and my recommendation is don't expect too much. It's Fayetteville.

Hotel was clean. The breakfast bar was organized, stocked, and really good. Hot eggs, sausage, all the normal. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. the only issue I had was that they had workers out drilling at the pool side while the little kids were swimming. I had to go to the desk twice as the electric cords were quite a hazard. I would recommend this hotel nothing great but decent, clean, and safe.

Clean and hospitable! Location is not too far from the highway and gasoline station. Perfect for someone who needs to continue travelling.

The room was very compact for a King size bed room, its was trough for the two us to move around the room. Outside entry to rooms not something I enjoy. The breakfast was very good. Our room was on the traffic side of the hotel, we heard traffic all night.

positive experience, food is good, room clean, staff pleasant, next door to shopping center

Located next to mall and plenty of eateries. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Great! Will stay again. Breakfast was excellent. Close to. Starbucks.

I picked this hotel for location and it really was great. I walked everywhere. The room was a little small and I could hear the foot steps in the room above me but I'd go there again simply because of the location and cleanlines

I have stayed at a number of Fairfield Inn's and this one does not come close to the Fairfield standard. We checked in early and was staying for a couple of days. The first room with a king bed was so small that you had to put your suitcases on the bed to walk around. We asked for a different room and was put into a room on the third floor and the room was larger. For breakfast you could make a hot waffle but everything else is cold or frozen and they had 1 microwave. The desk staff was helpfull and worked with us. It's just an old facility with a new coat of paint.

The room was much smaller than it showed on the computer, the bathroom was too tiny, and the laundry was not as clean as it should have been. We had dirty sheets on the bed upon arrival.

Staff was exceptional on check-in. We got a room on the back side of the hotel to avoid noise from the major road on the entrance side. Many restaurants immediately available within two blocks of the hotel. Room was perfect for our overnight stay. Checkout was noon, so we had a leisurely morning prior to our departure!

We have a son @ fort Braggs and have come to visit him many times. This is the first hotel we've stayed, at that my wife didn't freak out and buy spray sanitizers.

We picked this hotel because of it's central location in Fayetteville, and because at over $100 a night I thought it would be nice. I was wrong. Our reservation was for a King bed, but we ended up with 2 doubles and were told there were no other rooms available, and because it was so late (1:30 am) and we were exhausted from moving we just took the room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and inside the shower in the caulk and the shower curtain bar was broken and just hanging from the wall at an odd angle. We were very dissappointed and will never recommend anyone we know to stay there!

It was a good location, close to shopping and major roads. Staff was very polite and very willing to make one's stay pleasant. Very good breakfast selection. When checking-in painting was being done, vapor in rooms was too strong had to change rooms. Pool was not opened at times listed.

Friendly front desk staff.

great staff, very helpful, too small space between dresser and bathroom, my husband and I hit the dresser twice

On our way to the hotel we got a tire blowout around 2AM. The staff person states as long as we made it by 4AM we could check in. I am so grateful that she ([...]) remember me. Fairfield Inn has moved to the top of my list. The fixtures in the bathroom and furniture in the bedroom had me feeling like I was staying at a Marriott Inn for a budget price.
