Avoid, Avoid, Avoid his hotel. Still waiting on Orbitz to make good on getting my money back. Slum. Scary. Getto. Scam.

We don't like the area where the hotel is located. Looks dangerous.

Stay away at all costs. There are cheaper and better places in the area

room could use updates. spacious room shower was leaking. tv was dark. but for $28 a night you get what you pay for

The hotel was so bad I checked out two hours after checking in.

I always take trips to fayetteville, NC, this is my second stay at this particular hotel, in which this time i upgraded to the newly remodeled room. I walked into what I thought was nice and clean untill i reached the tub area and when i pulled back the sheets. To my surprise the tub was very dirty, i called housekeeping it got cleaned immediately. The mattress cover was fully stained with brown and yellowish spots. There was not a full set of towels, i called the front desk she said she didnt have a key, that she needed to call housekeeping manager to get the towels. I'm guessing this is protocol for overnite hours. Overall it was comfortable and large, but should have been cleaned better before checking any guest in.

Upon arriving, the first thing I noticed was how run down the place is. The entire Hotel needs renovating, inside and out. As soon as we checked in and got to our room, I decided to take a shower. The bathroom was very run down. While showering, The shower head flew off and hit me in the head. I tried to put it back on but it was stripped. I finished my shower with the water that was pouring out of the pipe in the wall. The floor was soaked from the water pressure, and the fact that the shower curtain was not long enough to enclose the entire tub. I went to the front desk and notified them of what had happened. The lady at the front desk was very polite, she called maintenance in and when he showed up he installed a new shower head. The staff was a plus, they were very friendly. Fresh towels were brought in every morning, but if I must say, they need new towels. The towels are old and very small.

I couldnt tell if the floor was ever vacuumed. Desk staff were pleasant and helpful. This will not be any of my future hotel selections. I certainly got what was paid for.

Very nice for a soilder quick getaway from post... Nothing great very mediocre... But cheap and non smoking rooms are decorated nicely!

This hotel is a great value for the money. The front desk staff is always friendly, and it's close to the places I go in Fayetteville. I won't go anywhere else.

The location really offers little, unless you really like looking at Burger King and concrete. However, the room was clean and the A/C worked! (Important for the south.) The staff was very courteous. The location is fine for getting to the sights around town, but be cautious if you like to wander around on your own at night. (Not bad advice for most any place, I think.)

This hotel apparently has a curfew, which they don't tell you about. Besides this hotel being in a bad part of town, the security officers are horrible. I was sitting outside of my room, on the sidewalk, enjoying a cigar, when security told me that it was after 11PM, and I had to go into the room because of the curfew. I told him no, there was no advertised curfew on the orb site, and then when I said I'll go talk to the management on duty, he told me to pack and leave. The next day I talked with Troy, the general manager, he refused to refund my pre-paid stay, and then hung up on me. He also hung up on Orb when they tried to call. Only stay here if you want to feel like you're in prison

Booked here for work. Reviews on internet misleading. Staff was very nice that is only good thing. Travel a lot and am not picky, but hand towels is only towels available, no kind of continental breakfast and area doesn't feel very safe. Also very few channels on TV. Basic channels only. Room was clean and staff very nice and helpful but will not stay her again once this job assignment is over.

i spent over three hours on the phone with 3rd party site and the establishment trying to cancel the reservation. neither party would allow me to cancel the reservation 20min after i made the reservation. I was not aware the so called hotel was a haven for drugs and prostitution. both parties changed there reasons multiple times and made my experience horrible. I WILL NEVER USE this 3rd party site AGAIN. They have no info on the establishments on their site and have dispicable costumer service. I HAVE POSTED MY DISSAPOINTMENT onevery social media outlet

We only paid $42 a night here so the bed frame was falling apart and everything was run down. We only had 1 very thin towel between the 2 of us. Which was ok because my husband refused to shower there.

The staff was very nice but I have stayed in much nicer hotels with better amenities for about the same price.

The room smelled like urine. I could not stay there, The office made it clear that i would not receive a refund. The bed was broke. Urine smell run as fast as you can

What an awful place. The room looked okay but as soon as one turned the bedspread you could see that it had not been washed in years. The sheets were threadbare and did not look fresh. There were only two towels in the bathroom for a room reserved for four. The continental breakfast was a cold cup of coffee and donuts. The room cost $78 which I felt was too much for a very uncomfortable night. Could not wait to check out the following morning.

This is basically a dive. For how cheap it was, it was fairly clean, and it was convenient that they have both a fridge and microwave in the room. I was pretty much just using it as a place to sleep, but it wasn't great for that. The bed was very springy and uncomfortable, light from the Burger King across the way tended to seep through the window shades, and the doors are thin, so I heard a lot of noise from the street. If you stay there without a car, definitely write down the numbers of some cab companies, because it's a rather rough part of town and cabs do not like to drive through there.

I stayed here for a business trip that required a good night's sleep; which didn't happen. I knew this was a cheap place, but if you're looking for the slightest modicum of comfort, this is not the place for you. Two thirds of the lights didn't work, the towels (both of them) weren't folded and probably weren't clean either, and the TV only worked a little bit if you smacked it on the side a couple of times in the right spot (3 times, lower right side, if you're in room 116). The toilet seat was sticky gross and I felt like I needed to shower after I got out of the shower. The neighbors were nice enough to bang on my door at 10pm to introduce themselves and asked me to borrow a lighter I didn't have. I guess they found one because they were up past 2am smoking [*] and arguing with each other and the ten other people they had in their room. [*] I was too tired to call the front desk or the cops.I can see why the front desk people never smiled either day; they have nothing to smile about.
