Property is dated. Bathroom to hotel room was dirty and had stool stains still in toilet. Staff was very friendly. Hotel says is pet friendly... charged 40 dollars a night for pet and room it self was only 50 a night. Doesn’t seem to friendly to me

Good halfway point between Florida and New York. Pet friendly. Accommodating staff make check in and out easy.

The only elevator was very far from my 2nd floor room, and it was difficult for some seniors to do the stairs, so that was a problem, plus hard to manage with luggage.

The room had a an odor like a carpet clean soap odor

The room smelled like mildew, the hair dryer was broken. The pool was great and the restaurant was ok.

Thought Holiday Inn would be a step up from HI Express....NOT! Old property not recently updated. Very basic decor. Carpets in hall dirty/worn, reception person was brusque, not very friendly. Restaurant LOOKED awful, almost no one was having dinner there so I went across street to Ruby Tuesday's.

Crazy layout... if you're on the other side of the building, prepare for a long walk to the lobby (especially if it's raining). Pool was closed because the roof leaked. My desk chair wouldn't raise up, so sitting at the desk made me feel like a toddler at the adult table. Severe lack of outlets made it difficult to charge electronics. Decore is very dated. Bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice... though asking for a new desk chair got me absolutely nothing.

Rude front desk staff. My husband has trouble getting around. They put us in a room at the furthest end of the hotel with the longest walk - it appeared to be on purpose.

The 2nd floor has windows at floor level that open to a dead drop to the ground below. There aren't even screens to protect children from falling through. The Windows open wide and toddlers and children can easily hurt themselves. Not to mention the elevators are on one end of the U and not centrally located. If you get the cheap rate from Orbits, they put you in the room on the other end of the U. So prepare to drag luggage up a steep set of stairs or drag luggage a huge distance.

First - the room was clean. No smells. The bathroom faucet would not shut off, the WIFI simply did not stay on. It was impossible to actually use. The bathroom door would not close. There were bums in the parking lot asking for money. Same thing a mile away at the local grocery store. The guy lived under a bridge and needed food. Fayetteville seems to be a really rundown city, much like the hotel. We are not stopping in that city again.

Bathroom door dirty and floors carpet too. Location excellent.

Stayed here for the marathon.Clean comfortable room.Friendly staff, they even shuttled me to expo, and airport. My housekeeper J was awesome. Convenience store, and restaurant Ruby Tuesday right there.Quiet as well for as many rooms as they have A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

We had heavy luggage. Our room was on the 2nd floor. I asked the front desk where the elevator was. She said it's too far away, that we'll have to walk up the stairs. She was not helpful at all. My suggestion is to ask for a room near the one and only elevator they have. The hotel is poorly designed.

Hotel staff was friendly and polite, rooms were like new, has a restaurant, lobby area was very nice, price very reasonable and it is dog-friendly! So many of the dog friendly places are worn and run down looking, but I would have stayed here even if I wasn't traveling with my pooch. I would stay here again nd again.

Great hotel!! Friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities, only problem was the pool was down for maintenance. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved it here! The hotel was clean and well staffed. The room was large and roomy and our first floor room had a patio door that lead to a grassy area where my daughter could run and play... Check out wasn't till 12 so we could sleep in and really relax. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was the nicest Holiday Inn in which I have ever stayed. We only stopped overnight on our way home from Florida, but I would not have minded a longer stay. Indoor pool was impressive, staff was courteous. The waitress in the restaurant gave us two vouchers for breakfast. The breakfast bar was exceptional, serving real rather than powdered eggs, perfectly cooked bacon and sausage, and included coffee.

No real issues other than the restaurant. One of the staff members at the restaurant was rude. Food was dry. Will stay again but will eat elsewhere

We have stayed here previously and it has been above average. The plus this year were upgraded beds, a real positive, and a more affordable breakfast buffet
