The worst bed I've ever experienced in a hotel. I got no sleep!

This was a very pleasant stay. My husband and I were in town to visit with family. We were pleased with the location and the condition of the hotel. The staff was very welcoming. Everything looked up to date. The room was plenty big for the both of us. There was a fridge, stove, microwave, sink. It was just like being at home. The room was well kept. The only thing that we didn't care for were the small bathrooms and the usual stiff hotel mattress. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. When we come into town again, we would definitely stay here.

It's was pleasant. Nice and quiet. Awesome experience.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, room was clean & spacious, what more does one want?

The exprence was just ok we check in very late in the morning and check out at 9 am so I think we should have giving a discount

Very comfortable and affordable place, only thing I didn't like is the lady running the desk was rude, I tried to get change to get a drink and she was very unhelpful.

Staff was nice, room was clean. Wasnt expensive. Next to Starbucks. Would recommend.

The hotel wasnt as nice as it looked. I guess you get what you pay for. I had a nice first floor room. We did hear a lot of noise from the passing cars. But that wasnt the problem. The problem was the bugs. There were knats, flies, and bugs that i've never seen before in our room. The sheets had stains on them. The towels and wash clothes had stains on them. We brought our own. The kitchen area had crumbs on the floor. There was hair in the shower. Just nasty. We wont be staying here anymore.

Enjoyed time there. It had resteraunts in walking distAnce.

We picked this hotel because of its amenities but then we got here and it was so much smaller and didnt have half the stuff the pictures and description showed

It did meet my qualifications its just that I thought it had a full kitchen and it had everything except for an oven. It had a stove top. And the kitchen utensils are kept in the lobby in a rubbermaid tote that you have to ask for in order to receive it.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. Free wifi, flatscreen tv, nice kitchen area. Starbucks across the street.

At first after being greeted by the staff and entering the room, I thought to myself "what a very nice hotel". The room seemed clean. The bed was a very small queen. Felt like a full size. After a couple of days the room was okay. Until I removed the covers off the bed for new ones. My daughter spill juice on them. The mattress cover was filthy. It had dried blood stains. I almost through up. I told the manager" he stated there was nothing they can do due to the cover is to prevent bedbugs. They would not remove the cover. It was disgusting. The manager moved us to another room. The mattress cover was clean but next door was a smoking room. The smell was coming through the ventilation. I am so disgusted and disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and comfortable..

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had had to wait to check in because they had not received the fax info 02 Once I checked in everything was just great

I had roaches in the room food crumbs had been left on the counter from a previous stay their was no iron in the room and front desk made no effort in finding one. I booked for two nights I didn't longer than 3hrs before I checked out with no refund!

Fayetteville has some cheap hotels which seem to translate into no-tels...no telling what kind of scum you'll find. We decided to pay an extra $15 for this place, and we were very happy that we did. It was very clean! Quiet! Close to where we needed to be the next day, with a food lion and starbucks nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel and location for both families concerned with cleanliness and for folks looking for a quiet space on business.

I highly disliked everything the room smelt like smoke and it was dirty. needs more television channels needs cleaner rooms and bathrooms, as well as better lighting in the rooms.

The hotel was overall a nice place. The value could be a little better due to the fact that there is no housekeeping unless u stay a week and even then I believe the price is a little steep but other than that it was a nice comfortable stay.

The Extended Stay Fayetteville on Owen Drive was very basic. All your basic needs were satisfied- it was almost like a studio apartment but simply decorated. It fit my needs while I stayed there. I found only two faults- the first was the traffic at all hours of the day and night, a very busy intersection. The second was that the first morning the maintenance man came into the room unannounced while I was still in bed. I wasn't bothered again but it was an uncomfortable situation for the two of us.
