Was ok Breakfast could be better Elevator very awkward location Don't take room on second floor

Nice staff, location convenient and room was clean.

Hotel has been somehow updated but needs help. We had to walk a block inside the hotel to get to our room. There were children running on the hallways and dogs barking everywhere and all night! Ceilings are 8' which makes you feel claustrophobic and bathrooms are too small. There are two queen size beds one against the wall because the room is not big enough. We were there Thanksgiving day and we found a note under the door and their cleaning personnel was off so it would be no room service - really?? Will not be going to that hotel anymore.

Rooms were clean, a little on the older side but good if your just looking for a one nighter. Only downside was connecting to the Wifi gave me a bad virus that locked my computer up so DO NOT CONNECT TO THEIR NETWORK.

It took a bit to find the hotel as the main sign is on the ground in the midst of other signage and the name on the building does not face oncoming traffic. Once there it was good. After visiting family we came back to find a blinking light on our phone but could not find how to get to what the light was about until I asked at the desk and the two staff members discussed how I was to get to the message left on the phone. Breakfasts were good.

My girlfriend and I decided to use this hotel because it was close to the Spartan Sprint at Fort Bragg. He desk staff were extremely friendly and let us check in a little bit early in order to accommodate our race plans. Given it was a mud run/obstacle race, they also provided us with extra shampoo and towels when we asked for them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone doing the race next year or anyone in general!

Booked hotel at last minute and was very happy about the friendliness of employees and neatness!!

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights initially. The staff was, without exception, friendly and very helpful. Many thanks to the front desk and housekeeping staff, who were excellent. I had a flight cancellation and had to find a hotel for one night. I could have booked a hotel close to the airport but instead chose to come back to this hotel and stay another night. I highly recommend it.

With all do regard to other high priced establishments this was one of the best bargain stops we've ever made. Excellent Beds, pillows, and clean updated rooms close to the base. But even better staff and attention to detail in a non- 5-star resort. Great job everyone! Easy and relaxed wi5h a great breakfast and staff that seemed invested in providing that southern comfort we all race about but don't always get..keep up the good work!!

The heating (window air blowers unit) in this hotel was not only slow to warm on a very cold November night, it made the air so dry that we all had trouble breathing. The hotel should offer humidifiers to combat the severe drying effects of the window heaters/blowers. The hotel did offer a more than adequate breakfast, and the water pressure in the room was good and hot water was good.

No issues at all. Staff was responsive and rooms were very clean as was entire motel. Pool was good for some of the childred we were visiting.

No problems of note. Just a very tired motel with little issues like a burned out light bulb that did not get replaced the same day or the sink drain that was always slow.

Like all the other Holiday Inns this one was clean and the staff was friendly. The nearby roads were under construction so it made it confusing to get to, but overall I would stay here again.

There on business. Arrived late at night, checked out early so didn't see much or use the facility much. Room was clean and had decent work space. Flat screen tv was very nice and I appreciated the free wi fi (Hotels that charge for wi fi are annoying). Only negative was absence of a printed receipt at check out. I realize the room was prepaid through the booking agent, but I still like to get a receipt at checkout for expense reimbursement purposes.

Above average facility with desirable amenities such as comfortable room and small refrigerator. complimentary breakfast and 24 coffee are very much appreciated. In room coffee is average. room seems clean but entire place appears old and worn. signs posted about indicate that upgrades are planned. it would be beneficial to put a small diagram on the website to show how to access the hotel since it's easy to miss if you're not from the area; if you're coming off if the highway from north, you have to overshoot it and U-turn back.

Personnel were friendly, courteous, helpful and very energetic. The rooms were perfect for me and the wireless connection was great. Having the breakfast in the morning was nice too.

Polite and helpful staff. Clean, well kept room.

Second stay at this hotel. As before it was clean, quiet and had a courteous and friendly staff. This time the hot breakfast wasn't as good as before but it was still better than a lot of places I have stayed. Something was wrong with one of the beds. When I sat on the edge, the whole box spring and mattress tipped up almost throwing me in the floor. I didn't report it until checking out though. I had gotten in late and didn't want to change rooms so in fairness I have no way of knowing how they would have handled it. I thought maybe they would offer a discount but they didn't.

The room was spacious and very clean. Each of the employees were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had anywhere, and the complementary customer appreciation evening buffet (on Wed. evening) was an unexpected suprise. Will definately stay here again on my next trip to Fayetteville.

Late check in no problems 10pm. Met a military flight 0300 hrs, fianlly got to bed 0700 next day and got a few hours sleep. That night someone set the fire alarm off twice, stood outside in the rain,no one told us what happened. Good breakfasts. Never got to use the facilites due to returning Soldier and spending time with him.
