The front desk staff (Charles) was wonderful. My group was there for the National Christian Cheerleaders of America competition. We had a total of 17 rooms. Very accommodating for a large group. Soft beds, and a great breakfast and breakfast staff.
We stayed here on our way from Boston to Disney. Convenient location, right off 95. Got a great rate thanks to being AAA members. Front desk was very friendly. Both lobby and rooms were super clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. I usually don’t sleep well the first night at a hotel, but I slept great. Breakfast the next morning was basic but again great service and everything was neat and clean. Would definitely stay there again.
We have stayed in many comforts, this one gets high marks!!! Carrie at the desk despite her lost voice was very welcoming.... when she noticed I came downstairs for coffee after check in, she remarked that she thought it might be cold. She was happy to make a fresh pot and bring it up!!!! Marriotts and above don't do that!!!!!! The bed was comfortable, and the vanity had a dispenser not only with soap but lotion as well. Housekeeping also took the time to make a little flower with a wash cloth inside the bathmat. Breakfast - all bases covered, eggs, breads, waffles, juices, fruits... oh and the shower was excellent pressure!!! We will stay here again when we are passing through. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
A very good deal, especially if you pick up the value coupons at the Welcome Center upon entering North Carolina (by the way, this Welcome Center is the best on the eastern seaboard). A friendly welcome, a quiet location just off I-95, and a short walk to a restaurant. Breakfast is limited, but, all in all, value for money.
The service was excellent so not reflected in this rating. The visiting large pig outside the hotel was also great entertainment and not a reflection on the ratings. The dope smoking in the rooms around ours was disheartening and distracting. We could smell it all night and in the morning and since we do not use, we were not amused. Breakfast was not great and it was limited and cold. Not a great place to stay.
The staff is very nice, but we've stated in much nicer Comfort Inns for the price. The rooms show a bit of wear, but most of all there are countless indicators (such as the extreme low-flow shower fixtures) typical of owners from the East who don't want to invest money in their hotel. Even the breakfast buffet was as cut-rate as possible. We probably won't stay here again next time we pass through Fayetteville.
Nice and clean room. Staff was very polite. Stayed while driving from NY to Orlando. Location is around 7.5 hours to and from so perfect overnight stop to rest. Only complain is WiFi didn’t work at all on my iPhone. Would have give them 5 stars if not for the WiFi.
This hotel used to be a Red Roof Inn. Some of the advertising and GPS data had not caught up to the new designation when we were locating it on our drive south. It is very close to the I-95 exit & next door to Cracker Barrel and across the road from Doubletree Inn. It was a typical Comfort Inn with a king bed, comfy chair, desk with WiFi, microwave and small refrigerator. The hotel had recently been remodeled and was sleek and modern. Breakfast was served off the main lobby area. The hotel was quiet, clean and easy to get to with convenient parking and quick access to nearby restaurants. This will definitely be a stopping point for our trips in the future.
This was an overnight stay while traveling South. Very convenient to I95 and next door to Cracker Barrel. Although the room and flooring looked in good shape, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The bedding did not smell and feel fresh. The tiled bathroom floor was sticky and had tar stained foot prints from what I assumed was the parking lot as it appeared to have been recently sealed. The bath towels reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn't wait to check out the next morning and wouldn't stay here again.
We stayed here on a road trip north and picked this location due to its mid-range price point close to I95. The property needs a little TLC and cleaning as can be seen in the pictures. The hotel staff was very courteous and friendly.
