Everything about the room I stayed in was great. I was in town for the weekend, but, stayed somewhere else before booking the room at baymont. Next time I am in town, I will make sure I reserve a room at baymont instead. The staff was very nice, and helpful. Everything was clean. I was very pleased with my stay!

Great experience with hotel arrangement. I had booked one room with a king sized bed and for some unknown reason, I received a room with 2 queen beds which is what I preferred. Little things like this make the stay much more enjoyable.

Stayed there before, always been very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again I'm sure

I booked with Holiday Inn online and was never notified that it was bought by new owners. ..it was not what I expected. ....I was dissapointed and it was do for updates...

This is a nice hotel...good people working there...the only complaint is that at the pool area there's no umbrellas and with this heat and sunlight you can't spend to much time outside.

First off when I checked in, they gave me keys to a room where people were already checked into..I walked in on a couple...The next morning the same thing happened to my family, somebody walked into my,room while my step daughter was getting dressed...

Hotel was ok. Not many upscale places in this town. Enjoyed stay.

I liked the place, overall, and thought the breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room attendants were great friendly and fast. The room was comfortable. But, I had booked through a 3rd party for 2 beds, and when I got there was told that no, they had received an order for a single king bed. I realized I could have made a mistake, or the 3rd party may have, and took the room. It turns out that she had not been honest with me I had booked 2 beds, and their corporate help line has confirmed the same. We came to a satisfactory resolution, but had she been honest I'd have settled for a lot less.

I arrived on Christmas and stayed for five days, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the hotel and the very accommodating staff. We'll,first off the hotel was spotless, you can tell they take care of the place fabulously. Second, the staff that works there is amazing. They really do go above and beyond to make sure your expectations are met. Just to mention a few names.... Eric, Willie, Suna, Lee. I'm sure there are more I can't remember them all though. If I ever come back to Fayetville i will definitely be staying here again.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for one night because we were in town for the Disney On Ice at the Crown Coliseum. The hotel offered a courtesy shuttle that dropped us off and picked us up there at no charge. The driver was courteous. The hotel lobby is nice and new and apparently recently renovated. However, the rooms are not part of the same building, so we did get a bit turned around driving to the East Wing to access our room. The building(s) that the guest rooms are in are very old and not visually appealing from the outside. The rooms themselves were nice, but the heating unit was still the old time control panel under the window thing - Heat / Air High / Low rather than a thermostat. Breakfast was a bit of a formal affair where you have to check in and give your room number I imagine so they can be assured you paid for the same number of guests that you have brought along with you to eat. All in all, decent room for the money.

The hotel was poorly maintained, I waited 30 minutes to check in although only one other person was on line before me, the hotel hallway leading to my room smelled foul, bathroom tub had rust stains.

I wasnt too crazy about the location of the hotel, but the facility and staff were awesome.

Friendly staff that is very helpful. Nice atmosphere.

This hotel has great staff, and was close to everything I needed food, shopping, and gas.

Certainly no 4-star experience, but I didn't book/pay for extravagant accommodations. Staff so very courteous & accommodating. Location perfect for work. Hotel could use some updating, but not enough of a problem to deter me from rebooking. I'll certainly be staying here again d/t staff & location as well as price. Negatively, no way to close curtains in room other than sheer panels. Too much light in room when trying to sleep...

Hotel was beautiful and great and the staff was so nice and helpful

Hotel is 15 minutes from I-95, although there is an I-95 Business that does help to make the hotel accessible. The direction to the room from the lobby is confusing, and it took us a good 10 minutes of carrying luggage trying to find it, since it's not very elevator accessible. Room was comfortable, but the best part is the full breakfast included: eggs, hash brown, biscuit and gravy, fruit, french toast, yogurt, etc. The staff could be more knowledgeable.

I don't mean to suggest that everything about my recent stay at the Fayetteville Holiday Inn was unpleasant. The staff at the front desk was quite pleasant, helpful and accommodating - even during my complaints. The staff seemed sincere about its desire to make things right. But allow me to vent about the many things that went wrong. I'll begin with the room service food. The fish in the " fish and chips" entre that I ordered on Saturday nite should have been tossed in the garbage not later than the prior Friday nite. The fish was obviously spoiled. That was evident in both its taste as well as its smell. I, reluctantly, ordered shrimp as a replacement. I worried whether the shrimp might have been a hold over as well as the fish. Happily, though, the shrimp was fresh and quite appetizing. Moving on to the telephone service: the phone did not work, and after waiting for an inordinate amount of time, I had to make a second call - from my cell phone - inquiring as to the whereabouts of the telephone repairman. Finally, he appeared, but after 1/2 an hour, he determined the phone was irreparable; whereupon, he found and installed another phone. After another ten minutes or so, he concluded that the problem was not in the phone, but in the wiring. He, then, abandoned all efforts to rectify the phone problem and advised it would have to wait until the following Monday morning. Of course, I was without phone service for the entire stay. Also, on Saturday morning, the maid service failed to replenish the towels, soap, shampoo, coffee, etc. They did, however, bring those items to the room upon request. Generally, service in Holiday Inn hotels is much better, and I believe the instant example is an anomaly. I register this complaint at your request for the purpose of assisting you in improving the quality of service where it is needed.

Excellent!!! The hotel management is competent, and the hotel has been refurbished.

I stayed at this hotel many times all the Beds I slept on are not comfortable, the AC and ventilation is too noisy, old carpet, the breakfast buffet is good, the rooms need that little something
