The hotel and staff were wonderful. I have an issue with owner insisting on proof of registration for a service dog. As I read ADA rules this is totally inappropriate. Also had trouble with owner not wanting to accept service dog for more than 2 days, when was booked for 7 nights.
Not much of a breakfast, there was toast, cereal and frozen waffles and a couple of drinks and it ends at 9am, but there is a Huddle house next door.
no wi fi, very basic cable, no fridge, microwave, headed to motel 6 designation expect basics from super 8 brand at all locations. this location does not meet the basics too tired to complain to clerkwill stay at super 8 farmington,
Have stayed in this motel several times before. It is 1 of only 2 motels in Bonne Terre. There is a ? lake on one side of the motel which is in poor shape with litter strewn around it-not an attractive view. Noted cracks in wall (probably from settling of building.) Also no cinnamon rolls at the continental breakfast-none during stay in August also. Did receive a discount due to fact that our room was changed without notifying us--due to "some legal issues with the room we were initially scheduled to stay in. Mattresses leave improvement. Staff is friendly & helpful.
Our family stay was for two nights with two rooms, and the hotel was not able to accomodate our request for adjoining rooms but we were close which was nice. The checkin process was smooth and the staff very nice. The rooms did have VERY strong odor from room spray, seemed like they may have been smoking rooms at one time. But we were able to open the rooms to air it out which made it better. The rooms table chairs were stained and dingy but otherwise the rooms were good. Our keys didn't work when returning for the second night, but the front desk fixed that right away. Overall was a good stay especially for the price!
Everything was great! We arrived late in the evening, everything was clean staff was very friendly.
We had to extend our stay due to medical emergency and the staff was very helpful and concerned about us. Very accommodating
We stayed here for one night and were pleasantly surprised at how nice (and large) our room was. Great location and easy to get to. Super nice staff who gave us a much needed late checkout!! Very clean! Will definitely stay here again!
Super 8 Bonne Terre is where I'll stay on every trip to St. Louis. Easy on and off the hwy and employees are quite pleasant and helpful. Thank you! You guys rock!
Needed a place to stay for a night on our way south. The hotel was reasonably priced, and breakfast was decent for this type of budget hotel (no hot food). Service was friendly as well. We were in a non-smoking room and while the room did not have an odor, the 2nd floor hallway smelled very strongly of stale smoke. The hotel was a little dated, but again, for the price and location, it was more than adequate.
