Fine room, breakfast. nice pool. No problems. Enjoyed Farmington and close to the "River Walk".

The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Our room was large and well appointed. We got the amenities we expected, including a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel is very security conscience; even the ice machine is in a locked room!

Despite a long incheck process, due to a tour group showing up just before me, the staff was efficient and continues working to get everyone in as quickly as possible. I want to thank them for their work and providing a great place to rest that night.

Rooms were very smokey - the air cleaner was still running

Staff was really helpful and friendly. Room was average but it was a LaQuinta.

Everything was great. I enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We were just passing through and didn't do much but sleep there, but it was fine for that. There was some fraying at the edges of the carpet, and a large ink stain. The heater turning off and on was very noisy. The beds were decent.

My wife and I reserved a non-smoking room through an online reservationservice. We arrived at the hotel on 6/21/2013 and checked into the room. We walked into the strongest smoked-in room I have ever been in. I went to the front desk and asked about why I didn't have a non-smoking room, as I had requested. I was informed by the front desk clerk that the hotel was completely booked and this was the only available room at the time it was booked (6/16/2013). I went back to the room and called the online booking service. I was told next available rep would be 30 minutes, so I waited and sure enough 30 minutes later, I spoke with a customer service rep. After explaining my situation, I requested the online booking rep ask the hotel why we could not have a non-smoking room, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room as was indicated on our Booking confirmation printout. No one had informed us they could not meet our request until arriving at the hotel. The online booking customer service rep contacted the hotel and called me back informing us again that the online booking company can not quarantee what the hotel will book and that the hotel stated they "could not see" our request from the online booking company, but the hotel would try to accommodate us. I then went to the front desk and showed them our reservation printout which clearly indicated a non-smoking room and was informed by the desk clerk that the hotel could not see that request at the time of the reservation, but had just had a cancellation and we would be given a non-smoking room. The room we were changed to was a very nice non-smoking room. I made 2 suggestion to the individuals I spoke with to pass on the online booking company and the hotel corporates. 1) Consider putting the disclaimer on the online Booking confirmation under Traveler Information/Hotel information/Hotel/Hotel details/Requests at the bottom of the section in bold and larger tyoe. I could not even read the disclaimer on my computer and had to print out our confirmation to be able to read the disclaimer. 2) To the hotel, when accommodations can not be met, please, notify the patron prior to arrival, if at all possible. If I can see it on my reservation the hotel must be able to as well. One hour went by to accommodate our change by which time both of us had headaches which cleared up within 30 minutes of leaving the smoking room. That hour was well spent. The rest of the trip was uneventful. Thanks to the individuals who worked with us to make our accommodations acceptable.

We stayed here along with various members of my extended family to attend a wedding and family reunion. We enjoyed the central location of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms were clean and the folks taking care of the rooms were very quick to help with anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Clearly indicated non-smoking rooms on my reservation but when I got there they gave us smoking rooms and told us nothing had been indicated.

Was not bad for one night. We were put on the end of the building by the stairs and that was not real quiet. The staff was not very polite. Checked out in the am was not asked how everything was or anything like that. Bathtub was clean but the floor was dirty & had hair on it.

The staff was very sweet but the hotel did not guarantee non-smoking rooms. When we arrived late Saturday there were no non-smoking rooms left and it was too late to find another hotel--especially one that allowed dogs. So, we suffered through a room that reeked so thoroughly that all our clothes, bags, hats, swim suits, and towels came home smelling like smoke. I will never subject myself or my family to that again. A miserable experience.

Very disappointed in age of hotel for a LaQuinta. Heater/AC unit loud. No elevator.

It was very quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a 1 night lay-over, so we weren't in need of anything fancy. The room was very clean. The bathroom was sort of out dated, with leaky faucets and a bathtub drain that didn't seal off very good. The air conditioner was a little out of whack too. Other than those two things, the room was definitely worth the money. The staff was also very friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We were in Farmiington to attend a friends funeraland spend time with family. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean. One of the nicestrooms we have stayed in on any of our trips.Welllocated and easy to find.

Spent 10 days at this hotel, great place to stay!! Clean, neat room and great service!

The beds were very comfortable and my family enjoyed lounging and watching a movie, but earlier in the evening the toilet was running and wouldn't stop. I opened up the back of the toilet to see if there was a chain that I could fix or something. What I did find was a large, rotting sausage(summer perhaps?)with a condom on it. It was truly disgusting. We called the front desk to come and see it for themselves, which they did, but when they called the maintenance man, he said that he was too far away and couldn't do anything about it. The girl from the front desk said that they would have to fix it the next day, which did us no good, as we were leaving early in the morning. We had to dig the thing out ourselves with a hotel towel and put it in a garbage can outside the door. If customer service had been of any priority to this company they would have done far more to rectify the situation. If it had not been for that it would have been a decent enough stay.

This room really needed some top to bottom cleaning. Very dusty. Not been vacuumed and hair all over the bathroom floor. The only thing that was done was clean sheets on the bed, which was a good thing. Outside pool was very dirty. Lobby was the cleanest place. After our stay I don't for see us come back

It's Ok for the dollar. Kids like the pool and the check in staff worked hard to get us two grand floor rooms to accomodate hadicap members. LIke most breakfasts, this was skimmpy. I would stay there again.
