Was explicitly informed upon check in that room service is mandatory at least every 3 days. I had booked 2 rooms & requested room service - neither room ever received anything - NO TOWELS - NO FRESH BED SHEETS
I had a 2 night reservation for two rooms made on Aug. 9. On Aug. 13 after 4p, this property sends me a cancellation which I did not see since I was DRIVING to the property. When I arrive, I am told that they were overbooked (not my fault). I was given a choice of 1 room out of 2, which worked as part of my party cancelled. In the room it was clean except for the floor. My shoes would stick as I walked on the laminate flooring and tile.
Booked king bed room. At check in wasnt ready. Offered 2 queens same price. Entered room- filth. Wherever pictures were taken for room WAS NOT HERE. Feces and urine in and ON toilet. No toilet paper. Not swept or vaccumed. Complained and moved 2 rooms down. Still disgusting but had clean bathroom and toilet paper. Locked myself out of room and Lobby assistant made a new key. Thats the ONLY positive. Will NEVER return. Not even worth the 58$ a night. Saw housekeeper- had no new sheets/pillows. Witnessed her pick them up off dirty floor and remake bed. Hated it.
Bedsheet wasn’t clean. I saw there was a dead bedbug and blood on the side of the bedsheet!! I was scared to death that I might get beaten by the bedbugs since I saw that someone killed the bedbugs on the side of the bedsheets and blood stain was still there. Will upload the pics on google reviews. But thanks god didn’t get eaten by the bedbugs!!
The room wasn’t even clean and the shower n toilets were still dirty and old soap was still in there so I didn’t even stay in there ! Look at your camera and you will see
The cleanliness was absolutely gross, and I was just very disgusted with it.
What i liked about it , it was quite. Worse stay ever. Room smelled awful. No hot water. I couldnt sleep because of all the nets flying around. Shower walls nasty. I couldn't take a shower. I hate here. Never again!😠😠😠
Staff was nice and easy quick check in. Bedcovers had stains and should be replaced.
I liked the staff for the front desk, they were warm welcoming. I didn’t like the smell inside my room so I requested to be in a cleaner room. I got my new room, no smell but the cable wasn’t working and toilet was not flushing. I packed my stuff and left,
