Welcome to The South Fargo River House! Located just blocks off the iconic Red River, this South Fargo home is the perfect place for your whole group to come, relax and enjoy. Whether you are looking to relax in the back yard oasis, create memories inside, or enjoy everything Fargo has to offer, this is the perfect place for your next trip to town. You will be just minutes from great restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
We love when guests are able to create memories with friends and families. We just ask that guests follow a few basic rules.

- Please refrain from smoking in the house, or in the hot tub. Evidence of this will result in a minimum of a $500 fee. Smoking on the back patio is ok, as long as any messes are cleaned up and disposed of in the trash next to the garage.
- Unauthorized parties and social gatherings will result in termination of your reservation at no refund.
- Please respect the neighborhood. Don't park in front of driveways, and respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
- We don't require that you clean the house upon departure, but please help our cleaners by tidying up any messes.

This property was a great place to stay for my family. My mom has some mobility issues, so it was nice to have the kitchen and bedrooms on one floor for her. The check in process was simple and easy. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the space and supplies needed, there was even a fridge in the garage for beverages. The backyard was a haven for the children to run around and play with all the playground equipment, firepit and hot tub. I loved having the two living rooms so everyone could spread out. Being able to do laundry was an added bonus. The owner was amazing to work with, very responsive. I would recommend this location to anyone with a family.
