When we arrived the room type we booked was not available, so without having to ask the front desk agent immediately upgraded us to a suite. Awesome! When we got into the room it was warm & we turned the A/C down but it never cooled the room. That evening we called the front desk about it and a gentleman came & said he couldn't get it to work & that he'd put a work order in for the morning. We had to sleep with the window open overnight to get some cool air. The next day we left & returned in the afternoon & a/c still had not been fixed. We left around 5p & stopped by the front desk & were told they would get right on it. When we returned around 10p the ac had been repaired! The hotel is older, but the customer service is phenomenal! We were very pleased with how quickly isssues were resolved. I would probably stay there again if I were ever to travel to Fargo again.

I really like this hotel - we had a lot of fun!

I'm not impressed at all with this hotel because I rented the room because it has a jet powered fun in it and it didn't work at all amd the elevator seem to at times not work right at all

Room was dirty. And its been over a week since I have NOT received my $25 "mandatory" fee put on my credit card. I was told 2-3 "Business Days"...not impressed!

great location, was near shopping and eating places, the beds were, very tired, more then us, I think. Our room needed a little up grade. Others in the group had newer, so it seems the hotel is trying to do that, we just got a room Not done yet I would guess.

We just stayed one night. Kids had fun in pool and the location in terms of why we were in town was great. Other than the entrance, it is dated. It's nice they have a bar, restaurant and breakfast.

Great location, and curb appeal, the king sized bed was uncomfortable the head side was lower then the footside. Great Pub and Eatery in the Evening. For breakfast in the morning it was the opposite, unless you had exact cash to pay for your meals they would not take you because they were not able to accept any other means of Payment, the server was promoting other Resurant other than theirs. Kids had fun in the Pool. There is no doubt in my mind that the Best Western is a great place to stay however I was not impressed becaused I have stayed at numerous other Best Western Hotels and they were awesome in making you feel a home away from home .

Where to begin...as we checked in, the front lobby seemed nice. We had a poolside room and were told best place to park everything was going good! Parked and walked in and was greeted by a distinct odor! Got to our room and was not impressed! Room smelled so bad! Non smoking room and smelled like someone had sprayed disinfectant everywhere! Yuck!!! Went to check out the pool area and the sliding door was so dirty couldn't see thru it. Went to open the sliding glass door and almost fell off the rails and landed on my 2 yr old! Probably didn't help that it was loaded with dirt from the 90's in it! Went to look at pool and was so dirty and had bugs floating in it...it was an indoor pool. Back in room sliding door didn't lock so used metal security handle. Sink area had red gel something or other on the walls splattered. Obviously never cleaned and a wrapper on the bathroom floor. Yuck! Went to turn the tv on and didn't work. Realized it was unplugged so plugged it in and it said no service. Called the front desk from my cell phone since the phone in the room didn't work either. Someone from the front desk came down and tried to fix it but couldn't. Told him maybe the cable wasn't hooked to it and sure enough it wasn't. Who unplugs and disconnects a tv at a hotel?! Glad I was able to "help" him fix the tv for future guests. All in all it was a definite learning experience that I will not recommend this hotel to anyone! Save your money and go across the street to country inn and suites for about the same price you get a hot breakfast too!

The kids had a blast at the pool. The room was clean and just fine for what we were looking for. All in all it was a good experience. We will be staying here again!

Like an old converted office building. our room had no outside windows. Staff average. Not a comfortable room. Not especially clean. Definitely not worth the money.

The bed was old and pretty hard. The elevator was...well I was concerned about it's ability to work. The towels were equivalent to sand paper. The facility is old and needs some work. It was clean though and met our needs for the one night we were there.

Room was musty smelling as if room was under water sometime ago.

I could jimmy the door open with the room key without needing to put it on the card reader - the gap between the door and the jamb was so wide that I could see the lock. Luckily we were only there for the night so we did not have to worry about our stuff being left in the room.

We booked a room with balcony facing the pool..however, the pool was 'down' -the entire think was closed. The patio door to our balcony was filthy with fingerprints and some kind of writing all over it. The carpet was filthy. The only positive thing I can say is the staff in the lounge were very friendly. The hotel itself needs some work..

We enjoyed our stay at the double wood inn The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable It was fun to play blackjack for a short while

My room was clean and comfortable when I arrived. However, because I left the room each morning after 9:30( the cleaning staff was still on my floor and one day I know for sure saw me leave) my room was never cleaned again. No fresh towels, no coffee ( until I requested it the last night of my stay) I had not planned on staying there but it's was rated 3 stars by your organization I decided to give this chain of hotels another chance. Never again. The night desk clerk on the 10th was very apologetic and helpful when he brought me more coffee and said he would notify the manager. I haven't heard anything. For over $100.00 a night for a single person I expected much more!!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Friday night the hotel starts to fill up with families and small kids and can get a bit noisy

It was a nice hotel. I wished there had been a continental breakfast since our room was $112-124 payring that kind of money there should be something for breakfast.

I needed a place to stay close to the airport that would provide shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was helpful, the room was good. My only complaint was that I had a pool-side room and had problems keeping the light from the pool area from bleeding around the drapes into my room. It made my room rather bright.

our room was clean hot tub/pool area very nice and big restaurant had pleasent staff front desk people were super helpful would stay there again

I apologize that your stay was less than perfect. The incidental fee can take up to 10 business days if it is a debit card. I do apologize for any confusion but we do have that outlined in our registration cards as well. I hope that we can have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.
