Quality Suites

Recent guest reviews

Kaysha is welcoming and have feel comfortable to stay there. The other front desk staff were servicably nice. The housekeeping is mediocre but just too much a hassle to put into an essay on here. It was ok for the time had to be at the location. This is suitable value if on a budget, need good beds & some cable options. The WiFi is a not serving. They best not be paying for that at all. You are fortunate to get 2 minutes of activation. There is not any laundry room. It would really help for a budget hotel to have tangible information for the possible budget travelers or needs if at this type of hotel. It is too hold to be going to a laundry mat if snowed in town or extended stay. Some sockets not worked but maybe not a big deal. Information for grocery, gas station, the zoo,or some activities current for the weekend would be helpful. Really do one because on a budget have to trim the response that they have to give of the breakfast foods of artificial ingredients or those type popular companies, possible powder eggs, pork sausages, or hard to cut apples. The water part is more of a municipal issue. It is not filtered at the best or near it. The part that the hotel can work in thee meantime is where can balance having proper warm water, than the nozzle let you only choose cold to straight hot. That is too much physics and hassle to balance that nozzle. The hosting staff can be great but if the higher up not attend to details that guests deal with..!

We got to our hotel a little after 4 pm [checkin is 3] and our room still wasn't ready. The front desk and housekeepers have no communication.when we got out key and walked to our room, housekeeping was still cleaning it. We just waited around in the hall for it to be complete.

We needed a place to spend a few days while visiting my family. This was close to where we needed to be. Found the motel to be just what we wanted. It had what we wanted and did not have what we did not want.

Hotel was off the beaten path but there are other hotels near it and they have the same difficulty. Staff was friendly. The hot tub was not hot, which was a big disappointment. Breakfasts were good and staff tried to keep up with the big demand on Saturday AM. A good value.

Staff was great and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable! Would stay again.

The stay was what we expected. We were helping our daughter move into an apartment and stayed here.

When I booked the hotel they had it listed under a different name so it was a little difficult to find. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and bacon and eggs was a plus. Very affordable and large room with a very comfy bed. Overall everything was great!

Big, clean rooms, close to mall and interstate. Would highly recommend this hotel. Only minor complaint was not enough front desk help.

Staff basically friendly. Corners and area around bed need to be vacuumed. Drain in bathtub very, very slow in draining.

We just needed a place to sleep and it did the job. Clean but hotel is in need of a makeover

The room was very basic but clean. Same with the pool area. Good breakfast variety in the morning
