Villa Monacelli is a vacation villa with pool in Fano, in the Pesaro Urbino area.
The
historic mansion, dating back to the 1700s, now welcomes guests in an
unspoiled natural setting and is immersed in an extensive bioenergy garden, with large outdoor spaces equipped for relaxation and wellness.
In addition to the beautiful swimming pool in the greenery, with comfortable sun loungers, the luxury villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker.

The
mansion retains unaltered and enveloping ancient charm of its history,
style and elegance: it in fact belonged to Napoleon Bonaparte`s first
wife as a country residence for leisure and hunting.
The villa is spread over two levels, plus an annex for a total of 14 beds. Each room is finely appointed and welcoming.
The
ground floor of Villa Monacelli consists of living room, antique study
with sofas, large well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
On the upper floor of the mansion, reached by stairs, there are 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom that share a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
The
windows are graceful with curtains and finished with mosquito nets. All
rooms are air-conditioned and heated with radiators.
The guest house at Villa Monacelli is beautiful and cozy, consisting of a large living room furnished with a double bed + double sofa bed and 1 double bedroom, plus a full shower room.
The villa, with its sober and elegant architecture, is furnished with fine period furniture.

Villa Monacelli is a residence located in an enviable position, at the top of the small hill of Monte Illuminato.
A quiet location, in the nature of the Marche, a few minutes from Fano and in the area of Pesaro Urbino
close to the most beautiful places of this territory, of naturalistic,
landscape and cultural interest such as the historic center of Urbino
and Gubbio.
In front of the gate of the villa is the bus stop for
the bus to Fano, just 3 km away. Same distance to the nearest beaches,
lying on the Adriatic coast. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Pool available from June to September .
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
