Overall, it’s like a nice Haven in the center of what I would consider be the most tacky town in Canada. The staff were extremely nice. The rooms were large and it was convenient to walk to the Falls.

We received great service, and the hotel accommodations were excellent. They upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. And we appreciated breakfast being delivered to our room. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area!

Beautiful rooms, friendly staff but a bit of a distance from the Falls, if you have mobility issues.

Easy location for walking to the falls, easy to find. Check in was a disaster on there end, took (5)hrs since it looks like gave our room to someone else even though we were staying 6 nights...weird. Had us walk around or hang out in there lobby. Once in the room it was clean plus they gave us the smallest bottle of champagne I've ever seen for the inconvenience of the wait...nice gesture. They also added 2 nights of free parking in there Inn parking lot. On a side note be ready for that, $18 dollars to park in a hotel parking lot per night where you can see your car from your room window along with any road noise, it's all there for your eyes and ears. The daily continental breakfast was more than enough to get your day started and was very nice. Really liked that they brought it to inside the room. They also offer free water Generally right off there property its very dirty, from the walking around town to down by the Falls. I'm talking litter, gum on the sidewalk kind of dirty, plus throw in a few homeless and you can get the idea. Areas to see are plentiful... All the old forts/historical. Both sides of the Falls Canada/America. All the litte towns for beer or wine...if that's your thing. If you like to hike you won't be disappointed. Gardens are extremely beautiful and everywhere. Even found the Centennial. Lilac Gardens on a afternoon drive, So overall the Sterling Inn has a few things to improve but for us the surrounding area made up for any short falls.

Great place to stay and they bring you your breakfast in bed every morning. The location is good and the rooms are very nice and clean. This is a hidden gem.

Rooms were great and staff really friendly. Enjoeyed the massage at the spa

The front office person was very nice and even gave us an upgrade. It is cozy and close to many restaurants and attractions.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Falls and other attractions. The rooms are over sized and clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in bed is a nice touch.

Loved the large modern room, breakfast was amazing, area was convenient for tourists but a little bit run down. In general I loved the hotel but thought it was out of place in its neighborhood. Also they had some hidden charges I didn’t love at checkout.

Excellent customer service. The breakfast is great.

Breakfast in bed was wonderful. Not having to leave your room I think added a special touch. The steam shower and tub in the rooms were also very nice. I like reading about the Inn's history. The only thing I wish the staff had more details about Covid 19 details coming into and out of Canada.
