Clerk said they only had a room on the second floor. Sorry I don't do stairs with luggage and a dog. Facilities were old but well maintained. Toilet was terribly small and lower than normal.Quiet clean good price. ☺☺

Everyone who worked there was very helpful. But there were problems with the physical accommodations. First, the elevator did not work. This required my 75 and 91 year old parents to navigate the stairs which is not good (there were no more rooms on the first floor). I even watched an older man with a physical disability struggle to make it up the stairs at 10pm with his cane. While my room was supposed to be non-smoking, it was a likely a newer designation since the room still had a distinct nicotine smell. My parents and I were assigned two rooms right at the top of the stairs so we got a good amount of 'traffic' noise as everyone had to utilize the stairs without a working elevator.

I've come to really like red roof inns. This one was one of the nicer ones. Very clean, quiet and the staff was nice even though Orbitz messed up my reservation.

Need a clean place to stay? This is great. No frills, but a friendly staff and nice rooms. Not luxurious. Good price.

pillows need to be fuller/feels like sleeping on a box of rocks

I stay at Red Roof often for business. This hotel was a bit more dated than most others that I have stayed at. This is probably due to the fact it's in the middle of no where. This room was still clean and spacious. For that reason I would stay again as it was fine for the available options in the area which are very limited.

Was much better then I thought. The showers and breakfast buffet was not bad. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Planning on staying there again.

Overall experience very good. Enjoyed the juice and cookies in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Only negative was the very slow check-in, despite having made a reservation.

sent by work, Room was perfect for my needs. Planning to return

The hotel was located right off of the highway which was easy to find. Staff were not too knowledgable about the area when we asked them where to eat. Hotel was under construction and only had coffee to offer in the lobby.

We traveled for a family wedding. The staff was very accommodating to our needs.

Don't think this hotel owns a vacuum. Front desk stuff was nice and helpful. Little tlc needed at this hotel. Not worth the money.

This room was perfect for us, as we were traveling with a dog this time, The room was clean, well priced, and the staff friendly, although no one could find a box of tissues? but at this price it's no big deal. They were able to switch our room to a ground floor near a door to make taking the dog out easier for us, as we booked through Or----, and they messed things up again... next time I'll deal direct with R.R.. Thanks for a good night sleep.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and its always reasonably clean and the staff is nice. Overall it's a decent value in an area with very few choices.

Everything was great, my only comment would be that I would never want a room by the lobby area again- Way too noisy, couldn't sleep because you could here everyone checking in, the ice machine, the vending machines!! No sleep at all. Other than that the Hotel was good, AND VERY CLEAN!!

We were attending a family funeral and didn't have a lot of options for close proximity. We were at the "mercy" of what was in the area and sometimes that can backfire. Not in this case. This Red Roof is well maintained, very lovely room, clean, comfortable, quiet, convenient, etc. The only thing it lacks is a breakfast of any sort. But they do have good coffee waiting for us in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

King Suite had everything we needed for a nights stay. King Bed, Desk, Free WiFi, Refrigerator, Microwave, Hair Dryer and Iron,Ironing Board and Flat Screen TV with cable and HBO. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Manager paid extra special attention to my needs, the hotel is in a safe location, clean, comfortable room. Good value. This is my "go to hotel" when working in Jamestown.

upon entering at desk -was greeted by three members of staff;;keys made available quickly--for 2nd level room; i requested change to first level because of my wife's recent knee surgery( no elevator!!).. the manager instantly obliged with change to first level room( handicapped client usage)--room was clean perfectly ready for us!! The Female manager gave us a great tip for dining that evening and advised of REDROOF discount --showing room key!! directions to restaurant were right on! as was the restaurant and food// all in all great work to all at Jamestown// free coffee in lobby area was a nice touch to me!! especially for ride home on Friday!! thanks and God bless!!

I was a little confused about to keep my reservation after reading some reviews here about this hotel but to my surprise, Red Roof Inn at Falconer offered us a pleasant stay experience. We only stayed there for one night but I found the place nice and clean and very comfortable. I paid around 70$/night and I am happy with value I got. I will definitely go back there again.
