Nice hotel. Staff was good. No fridge in room but we made do. I would stay again.
Room was clean, had a small "per cup" coffee maker, ice machine is available in Sam's of mini fridge in room. Website must have been for all the brands, because it said for amenities pool isn't available now due to Covid-19, but this location had no pool. Staff was great! Upon checking in, I explained we were in town for my child's road test to get licensed, and asked where we could go to practice parallel parking/backing up xx many feet/ECT, basically somewhere with a big parking lot but little to no car traffic through it. Sara was very helpful! She even met with us the next morning (day of test) to wish us luck, and was glad we hadn't checked out yet because she was excited to to hear how it went. Had even let us make arrangements to check out late if needed depending on how long the appt ran. Upon getting back from the road test, she celebrated with us offering her congrats to my child, and chit-chatted for a bit. Other staff who had heard us talking earlier even came over to celebrate, it was all very nice! Would definitely recommend for that "family" feel!!
The room smelled like old water and the halls smelled very musty. The sheet smelled also The air conditioner didn’t cool off Kept shutting off every 3mins!! Horrible for the price is isn’t worth staying. The coffee pot was smelling like old musty water. They need to Renovate

Convenient location for our trip. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, hospital, and shopping.
short in/out stay - was painless, room was clean, felt safe, slight smell of smoke in hallways - the breakfast room needed trash emptied, lack of elevator was unexpected
The photos and description of this hotel do not seem accurate. Tried to get out of the reservations once I arrived, but I was stuck. The rating for this hotel seems way to high, I would never stay here again.
Didn't have a refrigerator in the room which we needed for medication. Also room was not cleaned one day at all. We stayed for three nights. Beds were comfortable and bathroom adequate. No closed captioning on TV so we could not hear TV.
Everything was neat. We got what we paid for. We didn't spend a lot of time in it. Good for a night's rest.
Requested a NO SMOKING ROOM, and on the door it said NO SMOKING, but one step inside and the room stinked like smoke,...but when explained they cheerfully exchanged room for one that did not smell like smoke.
The bed looked like it had been slept on. No kidding!! The housekeeping staff was cleaning the room next to us at between 10:30 and 11:00 PM. Vacuuming, and whatever else they were doing. Not good. The room had remnants of past quests. There was a popcan opener in the middle of the floor. Hard to miss. And neither one of us wanted to take a shower. The only redeeming quality was that the air conditioner was actually loud enough to drown out most of the other noise all through the night.
