This hotel is old, tired and offers tiny rooms with bathrooms barely larger than a commercial airline and odors reminiscent of a nursing home or glade gel factory. We ended up having to switch rooms multiple times. They did offer us a credit as a result but that was eaten up by bogus parking charges. I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere as this is not up to the standards that they advertise. Tiny rooms with tiny bathroom, odors and short scratchy robes with towels that don’t absorb water. Other than that it was ok.

Everything was very easy and smooth.

Great area. Beautiful hotel. Nice decor. Cool product brands (coffee/toiletries).

Great experience on every aspect

Beautiful accommodations, outstanding staff.

Staff was exceptional

Great location and a cool vibe. The elevators were very slow, We took the stairs.

I was disappointed my TV didn't work, in speaking to 2 engineers the Hotel was aware of the issue, however, still books that room? on the 2nd day after doing all the rebooks TV still doesnt work Hotel moves me to a room 2 floors up, to a smaller room with air conditioning issues. when I check out I speak to the manager to inform him of the issues I encountered through my stay and his response was "well the engineers never informed us of the issue with the TV so we didnt know that room had issues, as a leader I would've of expected someone to apologize for the situation and make the necessary adjustments, not point the finger. Stay out of rooms 302 & 523

Pool on roof of 3rd floor

There is no microwave no Referigerator in the room. The coffee maker did not work. The heating and air conditioner units were very very noisy, kept making loud sounds every 5-10 minutes. We could not sleep. They charge 25 dollars for parking for each day. Overall very poor experience

I did not like having to pay for parking. My husband is 88 years old. There was no chair in the room that he could sit on. Also there was no option for tea if people did not drink coffee.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so delightful and went out of their way to make a memorable visit for my family. 5 stars to Ryan at the front desk!! Breakfast and coffee was delicious and the penthouse gym with Peloton bikes was an added bonus. We will most definitely be back.
