The Hotel itself is great. Very clean, nice rooms, comfortable Beds and a nice breakfast. As far as the Hotel manager goes... total thumbs down. His name is Sam and he is one of the most disrespectful individuals I have ever come in contact with and should not have a job working at any Hotel, let alone the general Manager of this nice Hotel.

Good value for price. Easy check in/check out. Friendly staff. Room: Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated, and quiet complementary breakfast: standard Easy highway access.

No breakfast service until late in the morning. Stuffed into a cluttered exercise room. No water pressure at all in shower and heater only blows cold air in room 210.

Trip was a reunion with someone very special after 2 years and the hotel made the experience even more memorable. Would love to stay again at this location next time I come into town, hopefully sooner than later. Thank you.

If you have kids that want to swim there, the swimming pool is in really bad shape. (Bugs, mosquito s and the actual swimming pool is dirty with dead mosquito's. If you like to work out on the gym, be prepared, the treadmill doesn't work.

Average hotel. Good location. I wouldn't stay there again. There were carpet beetles. Grossed me out. If I were you, i would stay at the fairfield inn across the street. You will have a better time.

We enjoyed the stay and would stay again in the same hotel if we vacation there again.

The hotel was simply average. Advertized as free breakfast but was just a TV dinner grade microwave type food court. Just was not impressed. Staff acted put out by having to care for guests.

It was close enough, but I had to be very conscious of my drinking. Two drinks, and I was done for the night. No point in getting drunk and driving the extra miles. I should also add that we were in bed at this hotel during the August 2014 6.0 earthquake. No damage to the room, and the staff was very helpful.

We stayed here in June 2014 and had an updated room (I believe it was located on the 3rd floor) and we thought it was a nice updated hotel and worth the price. So we stayed here again in August 2014 and were disappointed to see that the room was completely different than the last. This room was totally not worth the price. The wood on the dresser was scratched all along the edges.. like it was worn out over time. The king size mattress was old. The pillows weren't comfortable because they were small and balled up but were airy at the same time. The TV was ancient. It was an old box TV, not a flat screen. No pay channels. Everything needs to be updated. My advice is, if you stay here, try to get an updated room or spend your $ on a better hotel nearby.

Good location, clean rooms, comfy beds, and friendly staff. Good value for your money.

Everything was great. My family was traveling for whole 2 weeks and visited several hotels and it was one the most comfortable hotel that I visited.

Hotel very nice - towels are a little thin - bed mattress needs to be updated - but other than that, was a very nice hotel - great breakfast

Very nice, had the jacuzzi to ourselves n they had a decent breakfast..

If you want to stay at a hotel that smell like nasty smokers, this is the place for you! I booked this hotel for night in a non-smoking room and when I got there, they put me in a smoking room. the entire floor was so nasty and strong. I probably lost 8yrs of my life in the time I spent trying to get to my room. Gross!

My girlfriend & I stayed on the on the 4th of July loved the coziness of room & bed ;)

I booked this room online. It was easy to find and close to the freeway with lots of restaurants near by. A short drive to Six Flags. I could feel every spring in the bed which was very uncomfortable. And I think the front desk clerk could use a vacation. Three times we spoke with him and we was very short on all separate occasions. Great pizza joint next door. Great price, descent room and really can't complain.

This was a great hotel for the price we were expecting far worse for the area and that close to the highway but we were wrong and the staff was very pleasant to work with also!! Only thing I didn't like was the fact you only get 12 channels on the tv and almost every one of them was the news or CNN

This hotel is pretty gross. They allow smoking so entire corridors have a very heavy smoke smell. I would not advise if there are any allergies sensitivity to smoking for this hotel.

very nice hotel. Had requested handicapped room, but was not available, but was taken into consideration and issued a downstairs room that was very accommodating.
