Check in took about 30 minutes becuase employees didn’t know how to use the system. Hotel smells bad. Our linens were stained and when I called to have it replaced we had to go to front desk to pick it up and they gave us one sheet. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. We had three rooms and some checked out becuase they couldn’t sleep in that disgusting place
Once again a home run by this hotel! Stayed another week for comedy shows, and the staff, attention to detail was SUPERB! I will be back next year! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable, and at “home!” See you soon! Eric

Only issue was I had to fix the toilet. Didn’t flush. Just a little off on the inside. Country girl that I am, I fixed it. No worries.
Laundry was good and clean , more utensils needed in rooms
Bed smelling hotel, strong odor all over this place from the time you enter it, small smelly rooms. Can't imagine how you can stay there for a extended stay.....
It was my first time staying in this hotel chain. I was a bit surprised that the suite had a kitchenette, but items like the plates, glasses etc cost an additional fee. I ended up getting some inexpensive disposable cups. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I arrived at my hotel and although orbitz sent me a booking confirmation, the hotel did not have my reservation, nor any notification from orbitz.
No daily cleaning, had to ask for clean towels, had dish washer, but had to ask for glasses and utensils Rooms really need upgrading..

The worst place we have ever stayed. Dirty rooms, stained mattress, hairs all over the place. Uncleared bathroom. Dirty and outdated kitchen amenities. I would never cook any food in that kitchen. And don't be fooled by "free breakfast". Free breakfast refers to their grab a processed, greasy, and packaged muffin and a cup of cold coffee in the lobby. The worst.
It was nice enough. However since it had a kitchen the garbage disposal was smelly. Plus people in other rooms were cooking so you can smell their food. The staff were very nice, and the location was pretty good. My suite was a bit small.
The facility was convenient for the appointments I had. There was one noisy family down my hall. Children played games in the hall but they were quiet by bedtime.
