The Ixi is a cozy 4-room semi-detached house with 65 square meters of living space spread across two levels. It was recently renovated in 2022 and features charming wooden furnishings throughout. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room equipped with a Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV, and a flat-screen television. The living area opens up to the garden and a terrace, providing seamless indoor-outdoor living. On the same level, you'll find one bedroom with a French bed measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bath/WC and a sauna complete the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with sloping ceilings – one with a single bed and another with a double bed.
