Beautiful spacious fully furnished home is available. Located at Riverwood Plantation, home to the Champions Retreat Golf Course. Built in 2003 features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms fully equipped home and has a large backyard for entertaining. This makes it easy to relax, entertain a group, and enjoy Augusta, GA during the most amazing week in Golf! Riverwood Plantation is located in Evans, GA which is approx. 14 miles away from the Augusta National Golf Course. The neighborhood itself is a top-rated planned community as well as most sought after and well-kept neighborhood in the Augusta area. With its lush landscaping, walking trails, local shopping center with Publix, Starbucks, hair and nail salon, CVS, yogurt shop, dining, etc., you can't go wrong with a rental in Riverwood! This is great for relaxing after a long day on the course. The main level boasts master bedroom and bath with a large, jetted tub and dual sinks. Kitchen table seats eight. Dining table seats eight. Upstairs has four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms includes a bed and sofa bed. The backyard is perfect for entertaining including spa hot tub, deck/patio, outdoor grill with stove, fire pit, mounted TV, and a basketball court. Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard, with the exception of the garage. This home has southern charm, and we look forward to having you stay.
