Loved the location of the house, super close easy walk to downtown Eureaka Springs for us!Loved the house, the booking and the host communication. We had no issues and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much I think I am done with hotels VRBO just makes so much more sense, had everything we needed and then some. So nice having our own designated parking spot you don't get that at a hotel! Thank You.

We had some issues and the owner was responsive to try to resolve. The property has a lot of character and charm, however is a bit tired and not that well kept. We were unable to use the porch off of our suite and that was disappointing. There were some other quirks we discovered during our stay. More explicit instructions for the property would have alleviated some of the issues we experienced.

The property was nothing like the photos and it failed in so many areas the outside balcony alone should be addressed, very very dangerous. VERY FEW basic kitchen supplies bowls,plates,cups,silverware,glasses. Very low light In kitchen you could hardly see anything and thats where the only clothes closet was. A very bad smell of mildew, the property is just very run down. The air-conditioning was window units that was so loud you could hardly talk to each other!! Iknow things are tough these days however when you pay a premium price you should at least get what you pay for, likewise when you offer lodging you should make sure that your product matches what is advertised.
