It is fine as long as you only need a clean place to stay.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel offered free dessert and a movie by the pool which were unexpected amenities. The free breakfast was a typical American hotel experience.
The beds were so uncomfortable. They were hard as a rock. The room was never cleaned or restocked unless we went to the front desk. Our trash was never even emptied. The property looked like they tried to keep it nice but they weren’t successful. The metal stairs outside looked like they just painted over the rust and they had loose grip pads so that was unsafe. The check in desk we were told was 24hrs but then it was closed and locked until 7am. The parking lot is a very tight squeeze when you have two trucks on opposite sides and neither one pulls all the way into the space.
I love friendly staff and friendly people and it was close to everything for the Spring Fling bike rally. It was reasonable price. My grandsons love the swimming pool and the movie.

When I arrived at the Super 8 hotel, we DID NOT have a reservation as confirmed by Orbitz.
The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. The morning breakfast is quite good. The only complaint is that the Wifi does not work well at all, so if you are staying for business beware.
Sinks wouldn't drain and phone wouldn't work. Water took forever to heat up.
The staff was very nice and so was the room. The hallway smelled a little like smoke but overall we liked the hotel and the breakfast was nice.
No wi-fi in room, though they claim to have it. Had to ask for towels. Heard kids having fun in indoor pool til closing about 9. Kinda loud. Didn’t bother me, but might bother other guests if you need sleep earlier.
Low water pressure and a slick bottom shower was the only issue
The staff was kind and helpful. The room was relatively clean. The sink fixtures were loose- the faucet moved around on the counter top when turning on the water. The toilet tissue holder was not well connected to the wall and would slide out. One of the beds was not attached to its base and the mattress and box spring were not centered on the base. Sitting on the corner of the bed caused the mattress and box spring to tilt.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback & for staying this sold-out 4th of July weekend. We will take into consideration all of your complaints & improve everywhere we possibly can. We really tried to make your experience for you & your family as comfortable as possible. We even gave you half off your pet fee just for good harmony & moved other guests so you could be closer to your car & have convenience with your cute dogs.The lobby was open all night all but 1 of your 4 night stay,thats why you were told that. We do hope you enjoyed some aspects of your stay & it wasn't all bad. You are right we really are trying.Our staff works around the clock on a weekend like this & if you had put in a cleaning request, we would have gladly cleaned your room at any time. There are notices in rooms, on paperwork explaining procedures during this time. Nonetheless, we apologize we didn't meet your expectations & you weren't satisfied.
