    I loved the indoor pool for my 4 year old son, the breakfast was really good. It's peaceful and quiet. Staff was great.

      We were very happy with our stay. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, everyone was very nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and in great condition. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature. Definitely staying here when we come back.

      Resold my room

      my room got resold because it was reserved through a third party (hotel.com) apparently the hotel try to contact hotel.com to inform of change, I was never notify by either party, I was placed on a wheel chair accessible room (the only room available and left) my original reservation had a seating area so the hotel compromised with 4 folding uncomfortable chairs. The hotel also provided with a rolling over bed was very uncomfortable. The microwave did not work to heat up our left overs, there was only one employee to helped clients for the day and was hardly available to answer calls or help on front desk, when Cesar or oscar finally answer he said come down to the lobby to heat up your food “no courtesy at all” I had to carry 4 plates on elevator to the lobby to heat up, the employee ask me to open the sliding door on a dark room because he was busy with clients on front desk, my stayed was very disappointed, I don’t normally write any reviews but I made both parties aware of this bad review. I’m a Hilton honors member and never have been treated this way,
