The payment system went down and we couldn’t even sign dining to the room. It was cash only for 2 days and long lines at ATM and ATM running out of money. The ATA event was cashless so this was very inconvenient and made for a lot of hassle. Also very long lines at check in at all hours.

Very disappointed with the property. I had high expectations for a 4 star hotel. The shower curtain had stains on it and the tv in the bathroom did not work. To connect to the google tv you will have to pay for Wi-Fi in your room to be able to use. I never had to pay for Wi-Fi at any hotel before. It is walkable to a few stores but there nothing much to do downtown. The stay as just okay definitely not worth the price. There is better properties close by.
