The rooms ALL OF THEM are dirty Staff very rude Towels terribly dirty
I asked for a non-smoking room and the room was all the opposite, it smelled terrible. like some were living there and smoking even while they were still asleep. no good.

Clean room, plenty towels
The hotel was close to the airport and was an easy drive to Dallas. Hotel room was clean, beds we’re comfortable, the fridge and microwave worked. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. I will say the hotel is older and could use some upgrades soon. The breakfast that was ‘served’ in the mornings was not something we were interested in, a brown bag of packaged foods. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but probably wouldn’t stay again if we were to come back to Dallas.
The property had a convenient location. Amenities are not well maintained. Customer service is terrible. Breakfast was terrible.
Do not look for any courtesy from this property. They do not care, only put to get your money…will never book to stay here ever.
Front Desk staff was rude and try to nickel and dime you at every turn.

I don't think that I'm ever going to stay at this hotel again if I can help it. The shower/shower pressure was terrible. It would go from scalding hot to ice cold the entire time. It was awful. I also found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and a pubic hair from a previous occupant of the room that I was staying in. I've never had a room so unhygienic before. It was disgusting.
