Timbers Motel

The hotel was highly recommended and reviewed and seemed like it was reasonable priced. I chose it because it also was pet friendly. No where on Orbitz did it mention additional fees for a pet. When I arrived I was told it would be $20 more. It recently changed form $40 per night. If this had been stated somewhere in the info, I would have gone somewhere else which would have been the same price and no additional pet fee. this is something Orbitz needs to fix. All possible additional fees need to be listed.

Room was nice, enough parking, good dark curtains. Could hear some traffic noise in our first floor room.

This motel was very clean and seemed much more spacious due to the high ceilings. It's also a pet friendly motel. I would definitely come back to this motel because it was one of the cleanest motel rooms I've stayed at for the cost so far.

Good location in downtown Eugene. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recomend to a friend.

Nicely renovated mid century motel with comfortable bed and nice furniture. Only drawback is there are no card keys, just old metal door keys (security issue). Very good value.

Folks at the desk were friendly and helpful. Nicely accommodated my checking out an hour late. Room was clean and tidy. Easy walk to a good breakfast. Will book again in a month when I return to Eugene.

I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean and tastefully done. Zack was very helpful with pointing out good places to eat within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed here for 1 night in room 202 which was right at the top of the stairs and close to busy Pearl Street. There was some road noise, but after dark it was quiet. The room had a queen bed and a large flat screen TV. The air conditioner kept the room cool even though it was a very hot day. The shower was spacious and nicely tiled. The bathroom sink and vanity was small, but adequate. The Wi-Fi was very fast and worked well. In the mornings, there are some breakfast items available in the office. Coffee/tea/orange juice along with bananas, muffins and two types of bagels (cinnamon raisin & everything). The room was very clean and a good value for the price paid.

As others have said, a very well maintained hotel. Room was very clean and comfy.

This motel is good enough for an overnight stay but definitely no frills. Great location downtown, though, with its own parking lot. Room was small and stuffy, but nice TV and comfortable bed. Internet very slow.

First time at this hotel and the experience was great. The room was clean, neat and well decorated. Very close to downtown, the college and everything else. We were in town for an early appointment and wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed everything around us. Really more than expected since it is right next to the bus station but it was quiet and felt safe.

Awesome little mom n' pop along main drag in Eugene

This was a decent, run-of-the-mill motel - the kind you expect to find on the side of the highway for $39 a night. Unfortunately, after taxes and fees, the total for the room came to just over $85 a night. For that kind of money I expect less mold in the bathroom, a sink with a functional drain and sheets without blood stains on them.

I had stayed at Timbers Motel before. It is in a good location and in my price range. Attitude at the front desk was not the best. They offer a little continental breakfast in the office from 7am to 9am. I felt myself struggling to get up that early to take advantage of that. When I checked out, she said next time to book with them directly, that made me a bit uncomfortable. But all in all, it's good for the price and location.

Like it said it was just OK

Great central location & some of the most friendly staff ever. No problem at all when asking for a late check out. They even added another 1/2 hour just to be safe for us. We didn't expect much for the price but got better service then at hotels that we paid twice as much for.
