We loved the whole aesthetic of the hotel and our generous room size. The gentleman who checked us in, Hossein, was wonderful! Very kind and mannerly.
Cold, Parking really expensive
Only thing that wasn't terrific is the weird light switches on the lamps and the lack of USB charging ports.
Second night at EugeneGraduate on the return leg of my trip was much better than the first. Stayed in 703 - one of the suites - and was happy with the night there. Nothing to complain about other than the "free breakfast" at PoindexterCoffee in the lobby is not worth waiting around for - go get yourself a proper breakfast in town and you'll be much happier.
I've stayed at another Graduate property before (Minneapolis) and enjoyed that experience, so when passing through Eugene last week, I thought I'd spend the night at their local property. Building and lobby look great, impressive Nike memorabilia collection throughout, but that's where the positives end unfortunately ... Showed up at hotel at 5:30p and room was not ready for check in - was made to wait in lobby for 15min. Room 634 has a noticeable musty / mildew / moldy smell which is only made worse when turning on heater / AC wall unit. Front desk was notified and the response was "thanks for letting us know" - no discount, no room change, no apologies. Poindexter Coffee and the "free breakfast" coupon is nothing to write home about, go find yourself a proper breakfast in town as this one does not have any redeeming qualities.

Cold, Parking really expensive
Hi Karl,The ice storm really made for a cold lobby as the doors would open and close with so many guests coming and going due to cancelled flights. We apologize it was so cold. We worked hard to get things warmed up. We thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
