Right off the freeway but quiet. Friendly staff, close to eatery and lots of selection at continental breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable, they were sagging in the middle.

The top comforter had crumbs all over it, a key card on it, and the bedding was rumbled. The bathtub had hairs all over it and empty shampoo and soap containers left on the rim. When the front desk was called and they gave us new bedding for us to make the bed. When the heater was turned on it was loud and continued to get louder sounded like it would blow up and did not put out any heat.

Room was nice and hotel staff was great. Breakfast Not so much

Single person on check-in desk overwhelmed by line of folks checking in while manager type at desk did nothing to help or greet. Reported that every time I flushed the toilet the chain came off. They came in and simply put the chain back on. . .no repair. Stayed two nights, room was not cleaned first night.

The main thing that would have been helpful for us staying there was a mini-refrigerator since we went out to eat most of the time and always had leftovers. Perhaps, the furniture could have been cleaned better. The noise level was a little more noisy than we preferred but all in all, it was clean and simple accommodations that were geographically located exactly where we wanted to be.

The hotel was outdated, not clean, and very loud. When my family went to check out of the hotel, the front desk clerk was discussing with another staff member how the cleaning staff has not be changing the pillowcases and the mini fridges have not been cleaned out. This was something that I did not need to hear. We were disappointed in the breakfast because the pancakes were still frozen on the tray and the food looked like and tasted like paper towels. Not the best experience for us.

The place was falling apart. Sagging floors, ceiling was falling, carpet was ratty.probably won't stay there again. For a few bucks more I would go across the street to a big chain.

Meh. Not much more than a place to sleep. Apparently this has to be at least 60 characters, but the place doesn't really warrant the effort.

Arrival: I arrived around 7pm. The front desk starts their greeting with Uhh, I need to quite this job. I guess something happened before me. I hope your room is clean, um-mm, yes, lucky you, it is clean! Again, it is 7pm ... The room was clean and I have positive experience staying in my room. everything works and everything is as expected at this price. Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage links, white bread, Go-yogurt tubes, cereal. At 7am there was already no coffee. However there was more or less descent coffee (local roasters) in your room, so I would not fuss about it. Many people at breakfast were unsatisfied about absence of coffee though. Check-out: I asked the front desk to give me a copy of my receipt and they handled me a receipt that showed cost without taxes. I asked them for actual cost that would show up on my credit card and they said it is impossible for them to do that and that I will get an email later (which I did not get).

The room itself was nice. The outside of the motel, lobby, hallway & stairs definitely need to be upgraded. The Wi-Fi worked occasionally. There was no daily housekeeping. The breakfast included in the price was a plus, & the coffee was great. I would tell a friend the pros & cons of this place before I recommend it.

The motel was in a great location for us, close to the person we were visiting and next to the interstate. The breakfast bar got us going in the AM, and the renovation that was going on was unobtrusive. Clean room, comfortable bed, and good shower were all that we were seeking, and were there.

Had some company fun time in Eugene. The hotel is a little difficult to find but google gets you there well. The staff is polite and helpful. Rooms are a little small but bed is comfortable.. I would stay there again.

The worse hotel ever!!staff was horrible. The maid stole money and medications and security of our rooms were horrible. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor the window locks was a stick. Breakfast was old cold and the worse ever! The front desk clerk (stormy) or if that was her name she pointed to a card when I asked her name, was so rude she even went as far as calling me a liar.Do not book this hotel you will regret it.

My friend and I had a good experience at the hotel except for one thing. The web site had it listed as the Shilo Inn. We searched all over and couldn't find it. We finally learned the name had changed a year ago.

Nice rooms, good service and amenities for the price.

It wasn't what I expected, but it wasn't horrible. The staff is honest and nice. Only major complaint was we didn't get our room made up 2 of the three nights and we left by 11am. The showers had good water pressure and the air and heat worked awesome... The beds weren't bad at all. Not the best hotel in town but worth a couple nights if you need a comfy place to sleep!

This hotel was a pretty ok deal. When there is a football game the same weekend it is hard to find a room that isn't sky high in price. This one was ok. Seemed older and well used but did seem clean aside from the stained carpets.

The greatest aspect of the Hotel Eugene-Springfield is undoubtedly it's close location to everything in Eugene. It is easily accessibly from I-5, close to the Gateway Mall for anything you might need, and a quick drive from downtown Eugene.

good location. easy to dining and shoping. close to highways

Sorry For what you experienced during your stay. We don't have Pancakes right now but our pancakes and waffles are the kind that you put in the toaster. Mini fridges are in certain rooms and you would have to let us know that you need one. I have discussed these Issues with my staff. Hope you come back and try us again. Johnathan, Front Desk Manager
