Located on the 3rd and last floor of a small building, without elevator, this apartment will seduce you with its charm, its originality and its exceptional view.

This apartment enjoys a view of the Etel bar. A few steps from the marina, shops, restaurants, bars and in the immediate vicinity of the beach as well as the seawater basin, ideal for children.

This 51m² apartment full of charm and character has something to seduce you.
It offers beautiful volumes with atypical shapes and very good natural lighting, thanks to its layout under slopes. The building, once a cinema, has been transformed into three apartments, adding a unique and original touch to the apartment.

The interior:
A spacious living room, with high ceilings, including a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...)
a living room with sofa and television, as well as a dining room, ideal for your convivial meals.

Two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds.

A fairly low shower room under the ceiling, as well as a separate toilet.
