Room was dirty
I don't know what the people with the one star reviews are expecting from a $100 a night airport hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked and smelled freshly laundered. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are old and musty. Breakfast and reception area was freezing cold.
The staff was more interested in finishing conversations with friends then taking care of the customer. The elevator was not working. The rugs in the hall were filthy. The room did not have a chair for the desk.
Beware if you book at this hotel. I was in Phila for 1 night. The place smells of stale smoke in the carpets, the ceiling paint in the bathroom was peeling, obscene noises from the connecting room. Left when I found a bug in my bed. Had to leave and find another hotel at almost midnight. My stay was a couple of hours. No assistance on refunding my stay from the hotel or Orbitz.
The property looks like it has not been worked on in a long time. General maintenance was incredible poor.
Fire alarm went off at 6am. No fire. Weird you had to sign a fire alarm waiver when you check in. It appears to be a pattern of fire alarm false alarms.
Met my needs--comfortable and close to airport
The woman at the phone desk kept me waiting an hour for the shuttle. She kept telling me it would be "right there".
No towels in bathroom. Bed linens dirty, mold in showers , hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, room cleaners did not wear uniforms or name tags, I didn’t know who to trust to clean my room.Room furniture was horrible looks like it came out of a dumpster, light fixtures hanging… This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I want a refund this was Horrible!!!!!!
