Night and Morning Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A nice midrange hotel but as with ALL the others in the area at this time, the prices being charged for a room are outrageous. The price for this Inn was less than others around, but still probably should only be about $125 or so not over $200
It is good place to stay.
Was a very quaint hotel very nice check in!
The good: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was good. The bad: Other guests blocked up the car port for unloading. Hot tub was not working properly.
Very dated facility. Needs major update. Limited service. Restaurant and pool closed. Cheap room amenities. Good location.
Liked the cleanliness of the room, wasn't that noisy for being on main road. The gentleman that greeted us was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner places. Coffee and tea 24 hrs... Entrance..welcoming and cozy!!
This property is stuck in the past. Needs some TLC and a major facelift. Front desk staff very kind and helpful.
We have been going the last few years a few times a year, and our last trip was the last. Every time we go something each time gets worse. This time it was bad. We were not told the indoor pool was closed and so was the hot tub. The outdoor pool was open but was disgusting. There was mold all along the edges of the pool, and when I voiced my concern. I was told they are too busy with winter reservations, and that they had a lot of guest the week before. The pool looked liked it had not been cleaned in months. They use to have a huge breakfast, but sold the resturaunt part opened a new one which is now closed, and no other options for breakfast have been added. Very disappointed in this place now.
It was convenient and reasonable. Staff was friendly and rooms comfortable. I didn't like that they were not serving breakfast particularly when I took their recommendations on where to get breakfast elsewhere and those places were closed for breakfast as well. But having said that, I release that COVID 19 still has an effect on all types of business.
We stayed here January 18. The room was extremely cold, when we arrived - only 59 Farenheit inside! Because of it we couldn't use a pool, we just couldn't take a shower before or after. The sauna was closed too, so we couldn't get warm after skiing. Very disappointing. We asked a manager to have extra blanket and he said that he work there alone and he don't know where he can make it. So he just never came and didn't bring what we asked for.
Clean, close to stores.
Fruit flies in room. WIFI didn't work in the room and it wasn't secure.
The property was very old & not kept up well. It smelled badly throughout the entire hotel, the beds were very old & lumpy, & the blankets had holes in them. They left a community vacuum cleaner in the hallway with a note that anyone could use it (not sure if our room was vacuumed before we arrived, or if that was our responsibility...) The game room was under construction, the indoor pool, hot tub & sauna were under construction, the restaurant was under construction, the pool outside was so dirty you could not see the bottom passed 3 feet. Everything was so gross & what made everything worse is that the staff seemed irritated every time we spoke to them. The only friendly staff member was Will & we appreciated his help & kind words.
