Restful night, good breakfast, great experience.....As usual with LaQuinta!

The room with king bed and sleeper sofa was spacious. All furnishings were updated. Hotel is close to I 90. Breakfast was pretty good.

We have stayed at several La Quinta hotels in several different states. They all maintain a standard that we have come to expect. This location was no different. Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location.

We were relatively disappointed with our experience at the La Quinta Inn in Erie, PA. The price was similar to other, better hotels in the area. There was what appeared to be certain "male bodily fluids" on the lamp and wall. In addition, there were dark red (blood?) stains on the bedding. I'm sure they had been thoroughly cleaned and laundered but still, gross nonetheless. Cigarette burns on the curtains and unsanded/unpainted joint compound in the bathroom added to the list of things we discovered during our night. Front desk didn't ask if we enjoyed the stay or anything, just handed us the receipt and sent us on our way.

I booked two nights for business trip to Erie,PA. It's really terrible experience for the first night in this hotel! When I checked in on the first night, I found the hotel was under renovation and painting, there's strong smell of it, which made me feel very uncomfortable of throat! In the room, there're dust on the table and cups, safety box didn't work, but in bed, there's only sheet, no blanket, no quilt. In order to lighten the smell of paint, I had to open the window, however it was so close to highway and was too noisy to sleep. The second day I was so tired to attend the meeting, then had to check out as soon as possible. Even in that way, there're no more sorry words given by hotel....

When you walk in you can't believe the reviews on Yelp. But let me tell you! Checked in at 8:45, went straight to bathroom (it had been a long drive!), but the sink doesn't drain. Room was also in front of elevator which is pretty loud, so I asked to change rooms. In room #2 I fall asleep quickly (had been up for 20 hours), yet by 11:30 pm there's a screaming match between the manager and a guest with her kids running around. Apparently she hasn't paid her bill and refused to leave, so soon the olive is also there. I asked to change rooms again so I could get some sleep (which didn't happen until 5 am due to manager waking me up). Room #3: phone has no cord, tv has no remote and toilet doesn't drain properly - when I went downstairs to tell front desk she told me she was doing too many things and would get to it. I never got a tv remote and she only came up to look at toilet after I came back from dinner over an hour later. After all of that when I asked if I could check out late she said the latest she could allow was 12 and didn't budge. A nightmare!

We were pleasantly suprised. This is one on the nicest places we have stayed yet.

Overall, a terrible experience. Started with a sullen reception clerk with no nametag. She never smiled once and never actually looked up. Though acceptably clean, I might as well have slept in my car in the parking lot, for all the sound protection it provided. The room was on the top floor at the end of the hall. I could literally hear the semis on the interstate through the wall, as if the wall weren't there at all. The Constant Fan option didn't work on the a/c unit so it kept cycling on/off the entire night, waking me when I finally would drop off. I finally got up at 2am to read a little and tried again to go to sleep at 4am. Could not wait to get breakfast at 6 and get out of there. Breakfast was a joke - dry cereal and old pastries. I took an apple to the front desk and asked them to get some fresher ones - since they all looked like this one - ACTUALLY ROTTED. I left exhausted and disgusted.

We rented two rooms. We checked in late and had a couple of minor glitches: we had to wait for the desk clerk to return from running upstairs for something and then the keys to one of the rooms didn't work. The breakfast was better than expected. The beds were very comfortable.

This was perfect for us- right off the highway on our drive back home from New York to Chicago. The check-in/out was easy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and a good breakfast in the morning.

I was in Erie for a weekend dog show. I love that they accept dog at no extra charge! The location was convenient, right off the highway. There was some noise from the highway when outside but I heard nothing inside the room. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would stay there again!

The hotel was exactly as expected it was a nice quiet stay to get away.

Place was very clean. Carpets looked new. Bed was comfortable. Overall, very impressed!

Everybody was very helpful at this hotel. Hotel was very clean.

My stay at the LaQuinta was exactly what i had expected or what others would expect out of a Hotel. The morning comp breakfast was plentiful and the whole facility was very clean from the outside to our bathrooms. i recommend the LaQuinta to others.

Overall good. Room did smell of cigarettes. Breakfast was kinda cheap. WiFi slow. Staff great. Whole place looked good inside and outside.

The hotel was convenient and was very clean. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and quiet. The elevator was horrible and we took the stairs most times. Breakfast was too crowded and they ran out of bananas by 9:00...

Easy to get to from the expressway. Good, clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect for me right off the i90 ramp. The room was clean and updated with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast items were varied and the staff kept it neat and tidy. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
