You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Happy Ours - 1835 Fessler

Start your days enjoying breakfast on the lanai overlooking Lemon Bay.  Entering the front door, the formal dining room is to the left with the living room sharing the large open floor plan. Comfortable seating in the living room including two leather recliners.  The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook completes this living area.  All have fabulous water views of the intra-coastal.
The master bedroom with a flat-screen TV is on the right side after entering, with a large master bath and walk-in shower.
Guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house, one with an en-suite bathroom leaving the other two bedrooms to share a bath.  All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and tv's.
Lanai has polywood dining table, with two lounge chairs, a grill, and an outside shower!  The pool can be electrically heated if needed, there is also a baby fence that can be installed.
Large backyard with access to launch the canoe in the waterway.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard. Housekeeping is available on request.

Overall pretty good!

The pool was fantastic! Kitchen and baths very clean. Lots of seating in and outdoors! The suite bedrooms with attached bathrooms need new mattresses. Very uncomfortable to sleep in. Close to Manasota Beach is a plus! Great view of Lemon Bay!

Venice trip (actually Englewwod)

The house was great, just as described. Although there 6 adults and two teenagers we never felt like we were cramped. The pool area with outside kitchen and enclosed pool area was fantastic! The view of the intracoastal waterway was so relaxing! Pool was a perfect temperature. Colored in the water lights was a nice touch! Just a short drive to all the beaches.
